I do Not believe you can make Wi-Fi calls with unlimited I believe you will have to upgrade to premium. Maybe someone else will know the answer to this question

We are on the Joy right now and i was also treated rudely. She practically threw the form at me like A temper tantrum and told me to fill out what I want it when she couldn’t talk me into buying 10 cruise necks certificates. My husband said they must make commission.

Belvedere is on the regular package you do not need to upgrade to the plus package for it

As soon as you get on the ship go to Teppanyaki for dinner reservations and the social for Entertainment. We were in and out in 10 minutes.

We figured out on our last two cruises that it’s cheaper for us not to do the premium plus. We just do the upgrade charge. I am a vodka drinker and on this ship they do not have absolute Alyx, Saint Germaine and some other things I like at any of the bars. I have only been able to get Lemonchello at two of the bars the others do not have it. My husband has not been able to get Blantons, Flora de cana 12 yr or Terra to name a few. We are not big wine drinkers so it is much cheaper for us to pay the up charge. It’s really frustrating if you pay for premium plus and you can’t get the drinks that you like.

If you are planning to go during a regular meal time I would suggest going early it has been very crowded and hard to find a table

I have been to the casino several times. I do not think they have a good selection of Games. The last two cruises I went on where the prima and the Bliss in October and November and both of those casinos had a lot of much better games

You have to make reservations for the main shows but the other shows you do not. The theater has been very crowded so I recommend you make reservations for the ones you can and arrive early for the ones you can’t

The pizza at La Cucina Does count as your entrée now. However I think the pizza at la Cucina Is better than the pizza at the buffet

The lines at dinner have not been bad at all but we made a reservation in advance so they usually let us write in. If you are dining in a main dining room you can make a reservation and they will let you in the restaurant before other people waiting in line

We have eaten at the local a couple of times and both of us feel like it is better than on most ships. We have gotten great service and hot food. I especially like that the English muffins are warm when you get them at the local in the morning because they are usually cold in the dining room. I did not notice if they had the hot fudge sundaes. I will check the next time I go.

The entertainment is really good on this ship. The Beatles are much better than the Beatles were on the Bliss. Footloose was excellent my only complaint is that the sound could be turned down a little bit. Loved Duo Delight. The comedians were just OK.

We did not do the premium plus upgrade this trip.

We are not in haven we are in suite 10537. We only have a Concierge.

I thought there was plenty of space for two people, I really appreciated it the drawers in the nightstand.

We are on the JOY now and we did not get the water because we booked last spring😢. It doesn’t always pay to book early.

They were very relaxing we really enjoyed them. They did not have all the chlorine water splashing in your face and eyes. I have a sensitivity to chlorine so I loved the pools on the prima. I especially loved the salt room.

We did not have vibe but enjoyed the infinity pools and the spa. I would definitely do the spa again. Their pools were amazing.

When we were on the prima late October early November Clarence was in the Metropolitan. He said he was leaving in April for a break before he got on the Viva. I also heard the same thing from another bartender so they must be taking several of their good employees to the viva

We went to it on the Bliss and used 1 dining credit for 3 of us to share. We enjoyed listening to the music as we ate and had a drink. There was a bar in the restaurant so you could order whatever you wanted. There was a desert which was like a banana cream pie in a large cup. It turned out to be our favorite dessert on the cruise. I would say if you’ve never been before you might want to try it. I go just for the cornbread lol

There are no hot tubs on deck 8. The pool is really nice though with a wonderful views!

When I was on the ship in December I think the showtimes were around 730 and 930 that way if you had early dinner you could go to the 930 show and if you had a late dinner you could go to the 730 show
