just call crown and anchor and he said that my order went through. I checked my credit card and it has been charged a total of 10 times on that one and 2 times on another that I added and tried. I'm sure I can argue them but I am way over $4000 in pending charges for refreshment, internet, and swimming with the pigs. I really hope these pigs are worth that 🐖

any suggestions? On the monday cruise (11/21) and today is the last day I can order the excursions. It let me cancel everything I had but now I can't order - same error as everyone else. Little bit mad if I lose all my excursions and drink and dining packages

Just did this with 3 reservations for the same ship. They only gave me OBC for 1 room even though I paid for all 3. Not a big deal considering I picked up 300 shares at $39 per share. The gain in price is way better than $50. 🤑

Just to add to this. I sent mine out June 6th and received it July 14. I did not pay for expediting and mailed it in a regular envelope. 5 weeks. I sent my daughter's (who is 25) out on June 14 and she got hers back on July 6. No expedited fees and sent it in a regular envelope. 3 weeks I must be the sketchy one in the family.

Does the beds in the balcony rooms (or any other rooms) split to 2 singles? Have seen this on other cruise lines but have never been on an RC cruise.

On the Independence of the Seas for Thanksgiving week and we were wondering if they do a thanksgiving meal on Thursday.

I didn't feel right getting the discount so I made sure they took it off. No big deal, since I usually cruise Disney, this is so so much cheaper. The name change went well and we are all set. I did take the booking all the way to the end and the difference was $15 per person. They said they didn't see the difference, but at that small amount, I didn't want to argue - yet. Thanks to everyone who responded. Now on the questions about the cruise and excursions.

We are on the Nov 21 -25 Independence of the Seas. It looked like the discounts were the same, but I just made a dummy reservation and it took off a little more than last time. I asked the customer services person and they said that when they did it, the price didn't change. Kinda weird.

so checking on the rates, the actual rooms (without the military discount) went down about $250. I understand the 3rd room will go up in price due to not getting the military discount, but how does RC handle when the room rates go down? Due that give OBC or reduce the amount owed?

First time cruiser on RC (only done Disney and NCL). I have 3 rooms on the thanksgiving cruise (Independence of the seas) - I understand it will be crowded. My first question of what I am sure will be many is that on one of the rooms I need to change the 2nd person in the room. I am trying to deal with RC customer service but am having trouble getting them to change it. The person I am taking off was a military member and now that is creating a problem with the reservation due to the discount. Any suggestions?
