I paid $2 US for a token to use the bathroom at a tourist stop in Iceland. Pretty sure the bathrooms are still free on a Carnival ship.

I have posted this multiple times when people have complained about prices on the ship for things like bottled water, cabanas, etc., but I think this is a little different. Just like the "artwork", it's a little more difficult to determine if things like jewelry and purses are a good deal or not. I am not surprised to hear that they are not. I have been on ships recently where I saw meetups for young adults in the Fun Times. I think they were more designed for the 18-to-20 year crowd (too young to drink), but I am sure they won't mind slightly older people showing up!

We are on the Panorama transpacific from Singapore to LA on October 12 and it includes an overnight stay in Honolulu. It was originally supposed to be a stop in Maui and a stop in Honolulu. but they canceled the Maui stop and replaced it with 2 days in Honolulu.

I don't know how long ago it was that this happened, but scooters left in the hallways are expressly forbidden. It's a safety hazard.
