Hello, I will be sailing on the Ruby at the end of the month on a 4 day. Will the Ultimate Drink Package be available for purchase? Can I use the package at Vines? If I choose a drink over the $10 do they just charge the difference.

Loved the zip lining at Los Veranos in Puerto Vallarta. The lines were fun and the staff was amazing. Try it upside down. Would do it again in a heart beat.

Thanks for info. We depart Catalina Island at 6pm and sunset is about 6:30. I am thinking 6pm on this day would work. I'm hoping for not a lot of wind. We are mid ship on Caribe deck. This is our first UBD :)

My first cruise was on the Holiday in 1989. I remember thinking how large it was. Cruising has definitely changed. Going on my 21st Carnival next week. Cheers :)

Last May I used Royal Limo-Ask for Gene Rezzy. There were 4 of us. He took us in a very nice Suburban $100 from Houston to our hotel in Galveston. He was kind enough to even stop so we could get food and wine for cruise. We used him again after cruise from port back to Houston. He was on time and worth every penny. I liked that we were only customers in car both directions. Royal Limo 281-900-6765.

Napoleon House 500 Chartres. Have a Pimms Cup. Its a super refreshing drink. Great Jambalaya. For the best Muffaletta go to General Store. Best bloody mary go to Check Point Charlies (I believe they are on Esplanade). Definitely go Croissant D'Or Patisserie 617 Ursulines. Go early for meat pies as they sell out. They have the best croissants sweet and savory kinds. Inexpensive and delish. I can't wait to go back in spring! Enjoy!

UPDATE TO MY LAST UPDATE: I have another booking so I decided to try and apply my gift cards and to my surprise I was able to apply them. I went back to my other booking and tried again with no luck. At this point I have to decide if the 10% is worth all of this :) Cheers and Good Luck

UPDATE: Spoke with Carnival again today. They said because the vacation was booked through a TA and the cards are promotional they can only be used onboard!!!!!!!!!! Not a happy camper! (cruiser)

Verizon said they will have someone call me tomorrow. They did say card was activated and had its balance. As for applying. Its applied as gift card not credit card so no address needed.

I bought two $500.00 but I don't know how long between purchase and use, when I went online at Carnival to pay off cruise I did one at a time, enter on card number and submit, amount owed went down $500, then entered the other. Perhaps wait a bit and try again.

I tried applying Verizon E-Cards today and was unable to. I called Carnival and they were unable to. I called Verizon to see if there was an issue and they said they show cards active? Verizon checking and will get back to me. Any suggestions?

I bought $300 (3x$100) e-cards through Verizon. I tried to apply as payment online and it did not allow me to. Says "Payment denied, use other form". I called Carnival they also could not apply. I called Verizon and they said they are valid and not sure why I cannot redeem. Waiting for Verizon to research. So frustrating! I want to buy more but not if I will have issues. Anyone else?

I always do the drink package no matter what cruise line when available. Its worth it to me! Was on Triumph in May, I am sure one of the girls in our group made it to 15. Not sure if I did :)

My friends and I are booked on Jan 29th. Quick girls weekend for my belated 45th bday. I was also wondering if Cheers program will be offered?

I am platinum and my non platinum friends who were in my cabin have always checked in with me, had priority tendering with me and priority debarkation. I have cruised out of Long Beach, San Diego, Ft Lauderdale and Galveston where this has been the case. :) When not in my same cabin they have been able to tender and have priority debarkation with me. Not sure if we were just lucky.
