We are on several B2B cruises later in the year, and hope that we get some info soon, have absolutely no idea how to complete the set sail pass, which I know in the past I been able to complete some time out. I do note that our final invoices does say, vaccination details supplies (thanks to info on this post). With Princess, we could complete all some months out! I asked on Royal Caribbean CC and was told 45 days out, but I was sure in the past, I could complete some documentation a lot earlier.

Majestic is a lovely ship and I am sure you will enjoy and so new (well it was prior to Covid). We absolutely Diamond, but you are right, they all have the Princess feel after a little while. I am told the balcony cabins on Majestic are quite small, so will find out shortly. When we were last on Majestic we were upgraded to a full suite and it was much smaller than the Diamond Princess suites. No upgrades this time, but we are just happy to have a cruise and we have two on Majestic shortly, plus several on our much loved Ovation. Unfortunately for some, Majestic is tendering from Yorkers Knob, and a way from Cairns. Not for us as our son lives close by😁😁 Cannot wait to cruise again.

Prior to Covid I was sure I could fill in most details on a set sail pass very early after booking. I have 4 cruises in the next couple of months and am not sure what the process is. Do I have to wait until I receive documentation from Royal or am I missing something in my booking? Any help appreciated.

Hotel reccomendations for Sydney
resordanis replied to Longwood50's topic in Australia & New Zealand Cruisers
Prior to Covid we always stayed at The View North Sydney. They had a cruise ship package which included accommodation, breakfast and transfer to and from any cruise terminal and some parking if required. It was excellent value at the time. Not sure whether they are offering this package at the moment. It was never on their web page, so a phone call or email would be best to find out it they are still offering. The views are fantastic too! With our next few cruises we have opted to try Meriton Apartments at Kent St and Campbell St. They are reasonably priced (for Sydney) have a washer and dryer (if needed), more space and a light rail trip to OPT, and the views are quite great too, if you opt for an Altitude suite. They also have the advantage of being in the restaurant and shopping district, so easy access to everything, which is something North Sydney does not have especially on the weekend. Just my opinion, but there are many options in Sydney. -
Princess Internet Pricing

CC I think Bob, but as the cruises are coastal, I don’t think we will bother. Just go on board and see if we need it, then pay the price if we do! -

I think you pay up front. Which is another reason I won’t pre purchase as we have very large OBC’s -

Thanks but as they are both Australian cruises, I am thinking I might not take up the offer. I will save my money for your wine recommendation. 😁 Cheryle -

Definitely $6.75 per day for our two cruise with Elite discount if purchased pre cruise. -
As Diamond + we get one free the first night, but in saying that (in the past) I have seen many specials for lunch and early dinners if the restaurants are quiet and also 2 or 3 night packages and that is for everyone. If it a longer cruise, restaurants seem to be quieter until the last few days. Things might have changed, but as we are doing B2B2B2B later in the year, I might find out!

I thought it said $120 but perhaps you are right. I will look again. Agree, either way good value, but get it early in the cruise as your wife will have the flowers for the whole cruise! We are considering, but as we have (as just about everyone) free specialty dining, we might just do that this cruise! Agree, the breakfast is great, and perfect for a special occasion, but once again way too much food for us now to start the day! It long now for Majestic!

Food is exceptional in Coastal Kitchen, plus a spectacular view. What I meant with points was we have friends who are almost Pinnacle and couldn’t get into CK on their cruise, Concierge couldn’t help either, whilst on ours we had no problems with bookings every night via the Concierge, but we did go early.!

I have had that happen. I thought as we were near the coast and had signal I could use, but found out the hard way, this was not the case! -

I am going to wait! Price is ok, but not sure I need it for a coastal cruise. Liked it much better when we got free minutes though. -

Laundry & Dry Cleaning Costs on Princess
resordanis replied to resordanis's topic in Australia & New Zealand Cruisers
After all our cruises, he likes it pressed unfortunately, however long we have travelled. In this case, it will be in the suitcase for nearly a week. Being new it actually does have a few creases that haven’t dropped out, but thank you for your advice. -
Laundry & Dry Cleaning Costs on Princess
resordanis replied to resordanis's topic in Australia & New Zealand Cruisers
Thank you for your information. . It is a new jacket that he wants to bring and we just noticed it was very creased. I know the iron is free, but we don’t like their irons. My clothes by the way, don’t need ironing! 🤣🤣🤣 -
Hi all,Just wondering whether someone currently on Coral Princess can let me know what the current laundry costs are on Coral at the moment? . I am particularly interested in pressing costs.Just wondering whether we just ‘bite the bullet’ and get my husbands suit and jackets pressed on board instead of trying to get them on the ship without creases. We are Elite and receive free laundry but don’t think that covers pressing, and we don’t wish to go to the laundry room and use their irons. Thanks in advance.Cheryle

Thank you. Will take your advice and look at that winery. We are not on Coral but Majestic so I do hope they carry the same wines. Many thanks for your assistance.
