We were on ncl star over thanksgiving. Gee did we have a good meal thanksgiving night.

i read somewhere if children order off kids menu it is free. How can that be? The kids menu has the shrimp cocktail, crab cakes, salad, 5 oz. Filet. Dessert.

I can't imagine any of these cabins being bad. On December 26,2010 I booked cabin 12028 for November 18,2012 YES a 2 year wait. Us and 3 grandkids for thanksgiving.

We leave Jan 8th for a week on the spirit. Just over 1 week and I am packed and just waiting for the time to pass by.

Enjoy cabin 12028 all cabins were available when I booked and that was my choice.

i spoke with a lady just today that said when they went to nassau they took the water taxi and when they got there they were told they had to pay to get in. yes, to some parts, but certainly not all of it. even have a free beach next to atlantis.

when we went last december we took the taxi van and it actually holds about 10 people (guess all the people's padding is our seat belt) unless you want to leave a nice tip, have the correct money cause they keep what you give them and assume it is a tip.

Thanks so much for the heads up. I would feel terrible if that happened. I may just make something to print out too. This is the first time we will be in the middle of a long hall and I want to make it easy to find.

Hi, I have a question:

 

DH and I are booked on Triumph's 3/1 sailing in a 4E inside cabin. For $180 more we can have an 8C balcony. We've never had a balcony before. Does anyone have specific experience in an 8C cabin on the Triumph? Any and all information/advice is appreciated.

 

Oh, and our total fare right now is $815 for 2, so it is an additional $90pp, according to our travel agent (who spoke with Carnival).

we had an 8C on triumph in december. actually cabin 7337. exactly mid ship. loved it.midship is our favorite. we have the triumph booked for feb. 2011 and was going to do an inside cabin across the hall from 7337. ater our december cruise my husband had me call and change that inside to 7337 again. yes, for feb. 2011 the rate is 909.00 pp just went down from 939.00 (we had booked this 7 months ago) hopefully it will slide down some. our december cruise was booked at 939.00 and before penalty phase it had gone down to 689.00 many times it went down. so needless to say i am hoping this will happen again.

everyone has their favorite spot, ours is 8C regardless of price.
