  1. Water Taxi site shows $25 for adults, $20 for Seniors (all day pass) and $15 for the Moonlight Madness price which is for after 5pm. We will be needing the $15 tickets. No discounts at this time on sunny.org. Will just wait til we get there.

  2. If they BOTH need scooters, you MUST get an accessible cabin....a standard cabin will NOT be large enough for 2 adults AND scooters. They may want to wait a bit, until they've completed their physical therapies and can walk better....

Jeez!!!!! I think that their physician would be the best judge of whether or not the can travel. No need for the caps btw. :D

  3. Hi Bobbi,

Have you talked to your PVP? I am sure that between them and the special needs department at Carnival, you will be able to take care of everything for your folks including scooters. I don't have any first hand experience with this, just going by what I have read here and on the Carnival websitr.

Sounds like a great trip and how nice that your folks can join you. Have a wonderful time!

  4. Ok - product has arrived!!!

Just wondering how those that use it apply the product? I have been watching youtube videos and see fingers and beauty blenders, dry and damp and buffing brushes and stippling brushes - very confused!

I think I prefer fingers if possible? But wondering what might work best? Would love to hear other's preferences?

I usually just use fingers, it blends very easily. If I want it a bit lighter, I use a round cosmetic sponge with just a teeny bit of water. Makes it a bit more sheer. If find that I get a little heavy handed with all of the fancier blenders, stipplers etc.

  5. My middle son graduates college in May and we have decided to take him on a cruise. My wife and I, along with my 16 year old son will also be going to make a total of 4. My wife has looked at a balcony room but does not want to justify the extra money for the little bit of balcony room. She has been looking at interiors and thinks the 4 of us can stay in one room; I am worried that it will get old real fast.

We are going on the 8 day cruise, and I looking for advice... Will one room be sufficient, or should we get two rooms?

    Thanks for any advice!

Just me but I think 4 people in one room with one tiny bathroom for 8 days would be really tough. Maybe look at getting adjoining interiors?

  6. I would love to be able to buy carnival gift cards ahead of time, but they arent sold in Canada :( well at least I dont think so, havent seen any anywhere!

So I buy cruise cash and bar cash...... BUT I only buy what I know we will use up. a couple hundred of each. With our exchange rate........... every little bit helps

Carnival Gift Cards - Frequently Asked Questions

Saw this on the Carnival site.

Q: Is the Carnival Gift Card available in multiple currencies?

A: The Carnival Gift Card is only available in USD – if the cruise booking is in a currency other than USD, the gift card holder can still present/redeem it onboard – Note: Gift Cards are not redeemable nor sold on ships sailing out of Australia as the onboard functional currency is AUD.

Q: Can a Carnival Gift Card be purchased online using a Canadian address?

A: Yes, a Canadian resident can purchase an electronic gift card (e-Gift Card) online using their Canadian billing address.

  7. If it's a Premier cruise, more than likely it will be Carlos and Lil and maybe Martin. They are the best!!!! I have seen Carlos on everyone of my Premier cruises and Lil on most. Hoping to see them this December. Martin was on the Breeze last November for the Ultimate Blackjack tourney.

  8. Any recommendations for Sun Bum sunscreen? I have seen it mentioned several times but have never used it. Looking for something new, prefer lotion - not spray on. Any suggestions for good coverage that is kind to skin?

    TIA!

  9. Hi, everyone! I want to thank all of you who took time to write in a respectful manner. We don't have kids and we're fairly young, but still enjoy the peace and quiet by the pool on the Serenity Deck.

You have all eased my mind and we can't wait for February 27!!:D

Enjoy! The Breeze is a beautiful ship and I loved every minute of it. Great staff, amazing food and the Spa is the best!!

  10. I have been using IT CC since it came out and have never found anything that covers better while using less. One tube lasts me a year with every day use.

Just recently discovered IT and love it. Yes, a little goes a long way. The CC is great and I also use the O2 foundation for a little more coverage. Ulta sometimes has a give away with an IT purchase. I was able to get some great travel size items with this.
