Sorry about your DH. We always take out insurance. With the price of some of these cruises it sure pays to have piece of mind.

Just you mentioning them puts me in a place to want to book another cruise. A few years ago on the Explorer in the Cafe Promenade they had these fudge and chocolate concoctions rolled into a small ball that were outstanding. Never saw them again, and I look for them on ever cruise. Anyone else remember these.

Are the pools covered on this ship. Thanks for the review.
-
Don't tell me they still have obstructed view cabins.

Off the Explorer on Nov. 1st and the only thing the TV was good for was to check your account from time to time. My wife and I like to check the news and weather in the AM and before dinner and before we retire for the night. Any news and weather from the NY NJ area was zero. They didn't even broadcast the Jets football game on the Sunday we were on her. Turning the TV on you would have thought the ship left port from some place other then the USA.

Could care less what number the cabin or the deck is as long as I'am on the ship. I'll deal with the room after I have my lunch.

Nice pictures. After looking at them I got that funny feeling that I have to book another cruise.

What a sight with the ship all lit up.

Just off her Nov.1st, and outside of foged up windows in the Windjammer she is still in great shape. Still has a great crew and the shows are still good. The three drink voucher on each Sea Pass card is a nice addition. Instead of going to the Diamond Lounge which was always crowed we would go to our favorite bar which was the Aquarium Bar on deck four for our pre and post dinner drink.

According to a print out I received from the Loyality and cruise sales team she has a 3 night sampler cruise on Nov 18 . I don't know if she goes out before that.
-
We received a paper when we entered our room with all our onboard savings which were on our sea pass card. The only coupon we had was for a free picture and frame which was part of the Romance Package .

We saw the progress they are making on our last cruise which returned on Nov.1st and they seem to be making great progress. I am going to miss those wonderful buses. lol

We had one hour each on our Explorer cruise Oct 23 and you do take the $29.00 package but I was told on the first day we had to have the $29.00 removed at the service desk at the end of the cruise to receive the credit. and yes it is a slow connection. They also have a $59.00 $189.95 and a $229.95 plan for those who need it.

Mostly itinerary, but if the price is right we will go anywhere and on any ship.

We leave Thursday and arrive Friday. Hope all is back to normal by then.

Is she going to Halifax Nova Scotia.

The first web site listed by Clarea is the one I used the other day and was easy and painless to redeem points. but you must have an account online with Visa.

Never had a bad cruise, and I hope this trend continues. Have sailed mostly RCL. There are always going to be some irritating moments but we try and let them slide and have always had a great time.

Been sailing in Oct. for a few years and it has never been a problem. Occasionally you might run into heavy seas and the ship might be a rockin and a rollin for a while but nothing the ship can't handle. Its actually a good time of year to cruise.

That is a great spot on deck 4. Great picture taking there also. Also on deck 4 go to the rear of the ship and watch and hear the turbulence generated by the propellers.
-
Relax-Relax-Relax. But when the cruise is almost over I am ready to go home though and start planning the next one.

One of the best class of ships.

Maybe they really are on vacation. But if they are on vacation , how do we get to go on vacation. Just a thought.

Seems like the I.T. department is running the ship, and we all know how well that department runs things.
