@dog I really want to thank you again for sharing this info. Because of you we are going to Greenland. I never knew that Greenland was on my bucket list until I watched a YouTube video after reading your post. It looks beautiful! I don’t even care if I’m in an inside cabin. I hope to meet you someday at a CC function.

@Cruise Raider thank you so much. That does look nice. I have only sailed the Royal class ships for the last several years and I love shiny and new😂

We love the specialty dining venues. This photo was taken several years ago, pre-pandemic.

I wish I had photos of when we went to the Crown Grill last year on the Discovery because it was also wonderful.

We are booked on a 17 day Emerald sailing. I love Royal class ships. I remember what the Ruby is like can you share how is the buffet area different than the Ruby? Do you have any photos to share?

On the 17 day Canada/Greenland cruise the price has been bouncing around a bit but right now pricing starts at $2,014 for an interior cabin. I am not complaining.

In my opinion the threat of “ switch” to an inside or lose deposit between Friday 9 pm and May 6th was inexcusable.

 

Princess has incompetent staff working on their website- this should have been caught much sooner.

I phoned right after my confirmation was received to have a name and loyalty number corrected and all was well with my booking!

 

How many times do we see issues with Princess website and customer service on here?  Should tell them something.

Yes, it was too good to be true, but some cc members are getting casino comps frequently.  No where on my booking receipt, travel summary did it mention casino.

I have received and booked an offer exactly like the one we booked for Greenland. I did not think it was an error. How would anyone know that it was a mistake.

I have always received gin. It is usually Beefeater.

You can carry on a 12 pack of soda/pop.

If you can I would book separately so you get Plus or Premiere goodies twice. Plus that way you will be sure you receive the cruise credits that you need to reach Elite status. Enjoy!

Deck 7 is anytime seating. You can choose a time to be seated & if its's vacant when you arrive then you'll be seated immediately. Otherwise there may be a short wait.

You also can just show up without reservations & be seated at the next available table but people with reservations will be seated first.
