  1. I love O class ships. Since you have been on Harmony you already know what they are all about. This February I sailed on Odyssey. I never had much interest in Q class ships but the date, itinerary, departure port, and price all lined up. It turned out to be an awesome cruise. The ship has some quercky design issues but it is beautiful and there is plenty to do, or not, depending on your preference. I liked the ship so much that I already have it booked for next year. Of your choices I would go Odyssey for the 8 days, very nice itinerary, and price.
  2. That is typically where new people start in hospitals. Day shift positions that open up are taken by people who are tired of 2nd and 3rd shift.
  3. Any competent ER doc should be able to read an ankle x-ray and not have to wait for a report. I read the studies that I order and tell the patient I'll let them know if the radiologist sees something different from me.
  4. It depends on the nature of the fracture. One size size does not fit all. There are plenty of fracture types that are simply immobilized, supply a set of crutches, and the patient then follows up with orthopedics.
  5. What a difference a day makes. Twenty degrees cooler and a fog bank sitting off the coast. And I'm wearing socks and sneaker...
  6. Looks like what we call a "steamer" or little neck. Except that one looks like a genetic defect from nuclear radiation.🫨
  7. If you think the drink is made incorrectly then speak up. Bartenders come in different shapes and sizes. Find one that you like. When I was on Odessey there was one bartender in the Schooner Bar that I would not let make my drinks. I did not like what he produced. And... why are you going to have someone on your next cruise be your main drink guy if you were unhappy with him on your last cruise?🤔🤔
  8. Interestingly, I also met some folks on Odyssey that I really enjoyed. We met one night in the Schooner Bar and we would all meet up there every night after. I don't know what it was about that ship. It was a great cruise on a ship I was leary about booking in the first place.
  9. Lol, Jaws was filmed on Martha's Vineyard, an island off the coast of Massachusetts. You can see it when flying out of Providence when the planes are taking off in the right direction. I usually go there several times during the summer.
