Thanks. I know about WiFi calling and use it a lot as many locations in the hospital, as well as our school buildings, block my AT&T cell signal. I even use it at home even though I get cell service there. I didn't realize I could text from the ship with no charges. Great to know.

Isn't it a bit tedious trying to read the Compass on a phone screen? Besides all the scrolling I know at times I can barely even seen the screen in bright sunlight.

Just checked, my cruise jumped up $652 over night. I'm glad I pulled the trigger over the weekend.

All the shops I've been on so far have not supported that. I suspect that my next cruise on Odyssey might. How does it work?

What can you tell me about the shows on Odyssey? Is something a "not to be missed"? I am feeling like such a novice all of a sudden. I actually need to study deck plans for the first time in a very long time!😮

I have thought about it. However, I cruise in winter to escape the cold and I don't want to spend 1-2 days each way in cold weather. Also, I really enjoy flying. It is part in my vacation. So cruising from Florida or San Juan really works best for me. I do, however, enjoy cruising to Bermuda from Boston or NYC.

Looks like Odyssey Jan 28 to Labadee, Aruba, and Curacao. I haven't been to those islands in quite awhile and looking forward to returning. I'm also hoping to finally getting the opportunity to climb the California Lighthouse in Aruba. This will be my first time on a Quantum class ship and I'm looking forward to exploring a ship that is new to me. I'll have three sea days for exploration... and relaxing. I have not had a lot of interest in Q class ships as they don't have a Royal Promenade but timing and pricing won out. We will see how it goes.

Has anyone noticed internet pricing recently while on a ship? I am seeing $15.99 today on Odyssey for surf and stream. That seems very good to me. On Allure last April I'm pretty sure it was $24.99 for surf. BTW, there was no option to book only surf. Does that seem strange?

Anyone who has been on Odyssey care to tell me what you thought of the ship? I have not sailed on this class of ship.
