  2. It did take months after submitting thru AON and sending emails, but no one ask for documentation which I did have.
  3. If you had Princess insurance you need to submit thru AON, I think it is under trip interruption. I would also keep emailing, maybe directly to corporate officers.

  5. I cancelled ez air after final payment because of schedule changes. It showed as a credit in the cruise personalized for a few days, after that disappeared it was several days, maybe a week and was credited back to my credit card.

  7. We did a cruisetour in Australia in 2019, it was wonderful, flew from Sydney(1 night) to Cairns(2 nights), flew to Uluru(2 nights) and back to Sydney(1 night) then 14 night New Zealand cruise. Our tour guide was great! He was very knowledgeable and kept everyone informed the schedule. We loved every minute of it.
  8. Paint tape works well, used a mask when we didn’t have tape.
  9. If the trips are linked you shouldn't need to check in for the second it all carries over.
  10. It should be refunded to the original form of payment. That’s what happened when I canceled EZ air after final payment. I think it took a week or two to show on my credit card, the credit disappeared off the payment screen before the refund appeared on the credit card.

  13. It could be a small change, just a minute or two time change, aircraft change or flight number change. If your booking is still good on Air France I don’t see why you would need to rebook.
  14. According to our cabin steward on the Crown last month they are no longer giving out the totes, but he did manage to find me one. He said they had stopped giving them out several months ago.
  15. If you go into your cruise personalizer under payments then crew appreciation it should tell you if it’s part of the package or what you can prepay.
  16. It may be due to the number of passengers and crew that they closed that dining room.
