Various datapoints believe it's 75%-85% PayBack while Vegas is closer to 90%. I'm not a slot player yet occasionally earn from matched/free play that's valid only for slots and never win anything close. Just off a carnival ship, had $200 in slot free play, played it and walked away with a cool $33; my payback was 16.5% 🤔 -
Some instances people have purchased the cruise itself years in advance. With that being said, it’s inevitable things will continue to increase

I used to be on team conspiracy but on a recent sailing I heard a bartender rant about how terrible their point of sale system was. So it appears it’s both a software limitation and a lack of training the crew. Even on their website, it seems incapable applying a discount based on your CC status for anything

My WAG (Wild A$$ Guess) is it’s a glitch when updating the packaging pricing and will be offered again sooner than later

Makes sense. I wouldn’t be surprised if most of the crew don’t know about it or if some ships don’t offer it at all

Nobel answer yet there isn’t a lot to do on celebrity. When people ask what to do on a TA/TP, many will reply “drink by the pool!” Lol…One production show (played twice) and a lecture per day doesn’t do a lot to kill the time. The big three including X’s line, RCL, often have many shows and comedians a day

Millie has been revolutionized including modern decor while the Sol hasn’t. All and all, both will offer a similar experience and I would pick the better itinerary -
For the happy exclusions, it usually says it excludes craft social and the world bar even if the ship doesn’t yet have them

Yes as it’ll be cheaper to cancel my current premium package then purchase the basic. While I doubt it will be honored, who knows, maybe the $9.99 upgrade would apply to two devices

On my next sailing I prepaid for premium Wi-Fi so would need to call to cancel the existing then purchase basic and apply the voucher
