  1. Yes. Good memory!! Sean has blue eyes and dirty blonde hair. I hope he's working when you go! I've known Sean since the day he was born! Good guy, that Sean is! Enjoy your Happy Hour.
  2. @Momof3gurlz I'm sorry that Andy is in so much pain and that he will be needing surgery on his wrist. I can only imagine how frustrated he must be feeling due to his injury and having to put his home projects on hold.
  3. Happy Birthday, George!! Enjoy your dinner this evening at your favorite restaurant, on your Special day!🎂
  4. Hey, Birthday girl! Thank you for the info on the Surflight Theatre. There are a couple of the plays that Jim and I are interested in. Do you know how far in advance you must order the tickets? I printed a copy of all of the plays. It sure sounds like you had an awesome Birthday. I love having left-overs, and having fried lobster for breakfast sounds devine! Enjoy your day...hopefully after today, the sun will shine for the remainder of your stay in LBI!💕
  5. Have you ever watched Peaky Blinders?? We love it. There latest (possibly last) Season has started. We finally got smart and now use Closed Caption so we can understand their blimey accents😁
  6. How awful!!! We had a problem with an AC Company who has serviced most of the Condos for many years in our Community. Three years ago when we got to our Condo in November, the weather was in the 90's and our air wasn't working. The AC unit was not even 5 years old, but we bought this particular condo just months before, and we were told the Warranty doesn't carry over to the new owners. We spent a good penny on the new parts, and a year later, there were again problems with the AC, and were told the parts now needed weren't the same parts that had been replaced the year before. Yadda yadda yadda, we went with a new company. Total bummer the way there are scammers out there.
  7. @Sunshine3601I thought of you this morning when we were heading to the hospital for my MRI's. How is the smoke situation there? It was really heavy here in our town, but not quite as bad in Manahawkin. It was still pretty smoky when we got home around 12:00 Have a great Birthday Dinner, Deb!🌹
  8. Hope it's not hurting too, too much! What a wonderful nostalgic trip your daughter has created for your Dad! Beautiful and loving! I'm so sorry that Andy is in so much pain! Hoping he won't require surgery.🤞
  9. Same here...We've always done most of the home improvement/repair jobs ourselves; especially Jim, though! Jim even renovated our bathroom in Naples this past Winter after having his knee surgery (which he now admits doing the tiling on the floor did NOT help with his knee). We have hired tree companies over the past 5 years to take down many of our trees here, though. The one time Jim and his pals took down a tree (we were in our mid-20's) one of the guys wasn't paying attention, and the tree pulled the wires down which were attached to our neighbors siding. Thank goodness she was a great and understanding neighbor..lol!
  10. Awesome, Debbie! My neighbor (female) across the street, amazes me also. She grew up learning to be a mechanic in her Mom's garage. Not only does she know all things mechanical (she came over last year and worked on my lawn mower), but she makes beautiful furniture in her garage, among other things. She took me on a tour of her huge vegetable garden, etc. I know I've said it before on here...you are so Blessed to have had the loving relationship with your Dad.🥰
  11. Thanks for taking us along, John! Enjoy your visit with Felix!❤️
  12. Thank goodness you were home when Andy fell, Deb. I sure hope the back pain is just some soreness from falling, and nothing more. Sorry to hear that he will likely be needing surgery.
  13. Absolutely, Pat! I remember when MTD started years ago, I was on a wait list for MTD prior to a cruise. From then on, I made sure our TA set us up for MTD as soon as we booked a cruise. They should've kept it that way...so many passengers for so many slots, if full, you do traditional time. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Unfortunately, it is now broken..☹️
  14. Bonnie, how long has it been now, since your "journey" with your ankle began? I'm sorry that it will be another 8 weeks of strengthening your good leg and arm, and then more PT to come. You've got a great, positive attitude which is so very helpful in the long run.🥰 I'll be starting PT after my 2 MRI's tomorrow for my neck and lumbar. Dang, but I really hate MRI's! Especially of the neck, since they ask you not to swallow. So hard not to do! Good luck, my friend! You can do this!!😉
