Our cruise in July has a stop in Casablanca. In researching private tours we came across a tour offered by Premium Transfers and Tours. It receives very positive reviews but in trying to contact them to have a few questions answered before booking, I cannot get any response. Does anyone have experience with this tour company?

Thank you all for your responses and Vince thank you for the link. That is exactly what I was looking for. This will be our 14th Crystal cruise and the second on the new Crystal. I agree with others who have said that Crystal is better than ever. I am a little disappointed with their website as I find it difficult to navigate. I had previously found the page that Vince. linked me to a while ago but now when I tried to get back to it, I couldn't do so as I didn't remember how I got to it in the first place. Hopefully, the website is a work in progress and they will make it easier to navigate in the future

Thank you for the additional responses The fact that you can use the baggage trolleys all the way to the hotel is helpful. I'm more concerned with my arrival the day before and going from the baggage claim area to the hotel and it sounds like I can use the baggage trolley all the way. I'm still a little confused as to whether or not you have to go outside and cross the street when going between the two locations.

Thank you for your responses. The porter link Travel Berlin provided indicates that you can hire a porter but the minimum rate seems to be 145 euros which is quite steep. Are there porters available in the baggage claim area that can be had for a reasonable fee? I have seen postings on another board that you can use the baggage trolley available in baggage claim and use it to carry the luggage all the way to the hotel itself after arrival and presumably you can get one for departure the next morning or perhaps get a bellhop to help you get to the terminal entrance. . I plan to try to contact the hotel directly but I need to get a contact number or email address that doesn't involve international calling.

I will be returning from my Crystal cruise this July from Amsterdam. I will be arriving and staying overnight at the Sheraton Airport Hotel for my flight in the morning. It is my understanding that there is a covered walkway between the Hotel and the terminal that involves a 2 to 5 minute walk. My concern is making that walk with all of my luggage and what difficulties I might have. Is anyone familiar with the walkway and is it possible to get a porter after claiming my luggage on arrival and using a bellhop in the morning for my departure to help going through the walkway. Appreciate any input anyone has who is familiar with this walkway connection.

We often travel with another couple. What we do is each couple makes their own reservation for the same time and day and when we board the ship we go to the Maitre'd, tell him we are together and would like to be seated together at the time of the reservation. This has always worked for us and has not been a problem. It just means that they will just have to seat us at a table for four instead of at two tables for two.

I have been following this thread and I appreciate the daily postings of the menus and reflections but may I make a suggestion. I look at new postings daily and am interested in reports on experiences on each ship but I don''t need to see menus and reflections on a daily basis. How about starting a separate thread that just shows the daily menus and reflections for each ship for those that are interested in that subject and let this thread focus on other subjects relating to the cruise. Just a thought.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I was more concerned about the availability of taxis with so many ships at the same time. It sems that it will not be a problem from your replies.

We will be disembarking Crystal Serenity in Miami on December 23. There are 5 mega ships scheduled to also be in port. We plan to taxi or uber to Miami Beach. Will there be a problem getting a taxi or Uber at the port given the number of ships present or do we need to book a transfer service and if so, any recommendations for a transfer service?

We are booked on Serenity in December. Just received.our E Tickets but nothing else. Are there more documents that will be sent out and if so, how far before the cruise date will they be sent?

If you pay the $1000 and don't make a specific voyage booking within the 90 days is the $1000 refunded or is there an administrative fee applied.

Keith, is this a typo or should it read $100 per room which is what OC required for an open booking?

Which is why I made a special request to SS for my upcoming July cruise. I've never had a problem with other cruise lines if I requested them ahead of time to have some on hand for my cruise. So far I have not gotten a response from SS but my travel agent is doing a follow up request. This is my first SS cruise and if they can't handle a simple request like this, I am not sure that SS will be in my future plans, especially now that Crystal is coming back.

I am new to SS taking my first cruise with them this summer. In the past when I have cruised on Crystal, I always made a special request ahead of time for diet, caffeine sodas to be sure that they had it on board before we sailed. I had planned to make the same request to SS as we get closer to the cruise. Will be interested in hearing from anyone who makes the special request and how it is handled.

I will be overnighting at the Marriott Hotel Paris CDG Airport. It appears that most of the hotels at the airport provide "shuttles" to and from the airport but it sounds like the shuttles they refer to are commercial shuttles that stop at each hotel on a regular schedule and pickup and drop off at designated airport locations, mainly terminal 2. The Marriott description of their shuttle service makes it sound like they have their own shuttle that is on call and can drop us off at our departure terminal (Terminal 1). Has anyone had experience with the Marriott shuttle?

Thank you MJN1. I have a 2 hour window if my flight from US is on time, so it sounds like I should not have any problem barring unforeseen circumstances.
