We were going to do this one but they changed the itineraries on the Dream so we had to switch to the Breeze. Looks good to me.

We stayed for our pre-cruise night at the Holiday Inn - Port of Miami. Now I have cruised out of Miami on multiple occasions but we never stayed here it was so convenient to Bayside Marketplace. I would definitely stay here again.

Has anyone ordered the California Roll lunch portion from the Bonsai Sushi Bar? Wondering how many pieces you get for the $5. Is it worth it?

Does anyone know if the MDR is open seating for everyone on late port days?(1pm-10:30pm) in Aruba

I read a review on the Breeze that said this and I wondered if it was normal. It would make it a lot easier then coming back for 6pm assigned seating.

Bring a clip on watch if you dont want to wear one. You will need to know ship time when in the ports.

When you order room service your food comes on a tray. Keep the tray and take it to the buffet.

What did you order from the sushi place? $33 seems high. I thought I read a California roll was $4?

This is my 1st time on any Carnival ship. Cruised on Disney and RCL many times. There are 4 of us doing an 8 night eastern cruise next month. Our ages are 54-60. My question is what should I know about the ship. I have read reviews but I get the feeling there are things I should know but haven't read yet. What useful tips about the ship should I know. Shore excursion are not an issue. We are in balcony cabins 8425 and 8429. I value any comments, from A to Z. What made your trip fun? Best spot for the sail away? Please make our 1st cruise on Carnival the best yet! Now I'm all ears (and eyes lol). Thx!

My advice is get a burger from Guy's burger joint for lunch the first day. YUM!

I have never been a fan of Tiramisu because I don't like coffee, but Nutella Tiramisu sounds promising. Can't wait to try it!

I don't eat it either because I don't like coffee. But I LOVE Nutella.

I can't eat anchovies so I place a special order of the low fat dressing.

They have a low fat caesar dressing?

If you do, where do you buy it from? I read a post today that makes me think we need to invest in insurance just to be safe.

I really liked the chicken strips on the lido deck also but I love Guys burgers. Wish they would bring the chicken strips back somewhere.

Thanks for posting! We enjoyed these menus on the Liberty last year, and for the life of me, I can't understand why some people are upset over them. Most of the old favorites are still available.

After reading some of these post we decided we didn't want to risk it. We moved up to deck 11 and got 2 Cloud 9 spa balconies instead. It was only $200 more dollars. Only downside is, we're no longer port side.

Is port side better??

Did the new menus have pictures and a description?

Will the omlet station make eggs benedict?

I don't think so but it was on the buffet everyday. Some days with Canadian bacon and somedays with salmon. Very good.

Loved the Blue Iguana breakfast burritos and the eggs Benedict in the buffet area. Don't forget you can get any kind of eggs at the omelet station.

I was nervous about San Juan until I went there Jan 2014. We felt safe. We did the segway tour, it was awesome. Great way to see a lot of places with a personal guide. She said not to go to the area on the other side of the big cement wall. Walking around the port area or both forts was safe. I would go back again. We are on the Jan 2016 sailing on Breeze [emoji4]

Okay, that makes more sense. I thought the dispensers only had one kind but I kept reading you can have ice cream or yogurt.

Is there ice cream AND yogurt? I thought it was only an ice milk yogurt kind.
