Yes...No earlier than a Friday for a Sunday cruise should be the standard answer. It's based on the date on your test results not the specific time the test was done...and since you're quoting the 48 hr. time frame I'll just make an assumption. I'm one of those mom's too...we need patience sometimes.. Hope she enjoys her cruise.

Sounds to me as if a private tour provider is wanting info on how to be a cruiseline excursion provider. I'll assume there is a strict application process that a company would have to submit.

We were just at Coco Cay last Saturday and yes agree it's towards the right area. You won't have to "hike" the trams will serve this area. I'll be surprised if the "beach" will be a pay for area unless they add certain amenities. JMHO

Personally we've only been tested onboard when doing a B2B. Just returned from an extended family cruise and one of our grandkids was under 5 and RCI tested him onboard the day before end of cruise due to sailing back into the US from our Eastern Caribbean itinerary. If you have symptoms and go to the onboard medical center they will test you per policy. However they don't just do random testing regardless of how long your cruise is or the itinerary. For our July cruise (Arctic Circle) hoping that RCI will offer testing which at this point will be needed to fly back into the US.

Info above very helpful. We'll be flying out of AMS after our Arctic Circle cruise Aug 7th. We were so uncertain about the covid test to fly back to US AMS-LAX via SEA that we booked a 2:30pm flight (DL One) and hoping to receive our test onboard RCI Jewel but if not we'll do at AMS I expect this will be our best option....Thoughts?

We're just off Harmony also (April 24th- May 1st) and agree with you...Wish it was that good on other RCI ships. Did you taste the amazing carrot cake the WJ had one night?...Oh my so yummy !!!
