[emoji106]Lois, I think you will like Princess. I'll be on the Regal (3rd time) on the 11 day Christmas cruise. It has become my favorite Princess ship! Let us know how you like the Ruby. Enjoy your mini suite! The Caribe deck is very nice if you haven't selected a cabin.

  3. Hi Louis,

Welcome to the Princess Board. You certainly responded to all my questions about Celebrity. I agree the two lines are similar. The Ruby is a lovely ship and about the size of the S class ships. I do miss the covered pool to swim and relax. Princess has the Sanctuary but there is a charge. I feel very comfortable on both lines. I think the staff is a little more friendly than Celebrity.

  4. Has anyone stayed in this cabin? It looks like the view from the balcony is not obstructed. Any one have photos of the balcony? How about Crooners, did you hear the music in your cabin?

Appreciate hearing your comments about the cabin.

  5. Awesome review Gambee and loved the all gorgeous photos!

It made me think it was time to book the Allure or Oasis again -they are both incredible ships. My fav spot to enjoy sea days is the Solarium Bar deck port side loved feeling the ocean breeze while lounging in the sun. Quick access to the bar and a few steps down to the solarium pool. The solarium was too enclosed and warm for me. When I was on the Getaway we boarded late in the day and walked directly to passenger services and purchased our Vibe passes. It's a pretty big area with lots of cushioned chairs. We enjoyed it and the bar service was great. I wanted to congratulate you on your acceptance to the PT PhD program. That is quite an accomplishment! Good luck to you and looking forward to your next cruise. Thanks for taking us along!

  6. I was on the Regal the last year the last week of March. We disembarked on Easter Sunday. Fortunately we missed the spring breakers.

There were families on board but the children were kept busy with activities. I would sail the Regal Easter week again in a heart beat! Enjoy your cruise.

  7. Happy Trails Jeannie and Greg! It's been an awesome 2 months traveling with you. Having spent the last 2 weeks of December on the Regal, it felt like I never left the Caribbean- well almost.

May spring come early to Colorado, it's in the 60's here all next week. I'll be interested in seeing where your travels will take you next winter.

Remember when you visit your mom the CAK airport is just a hop, skip jump away and I'll be there with lunch. Safe travels! [emoji173]️
