Tagging on--I'm a newbie cruiser, is this kind of thing common? Sounds nice. (I don't mind walking when there's something interesting to look at.)
St Maarten offers it on the pier. Great for people who cannot walk long distances.

Is there a golf cart that provides rides from the ship to the terminal?

Bon Voyage! :)
Have a wonderful cruise! Thanks for taking us along. Subscribed!! Sorry this was meant for Harry!

It's been wonderful following your blog Jeannie and reading about all the fun activities you and G are doing. You're getting me excited for my Regal cruise that departs in 100 days. I would like to cruise to Hawaii for my next cruise. So glad your mom is doing well in her new retirement community.
Can't wait to see photos from Hawaii and the South Pacific. Have fun and happy sailing! Thanks for sending me an email.
Looking forward to reading more!

If you have priority boarding you should not have a problem.
We were on the Getaway 8/29,
boarded at 11:45 and walked directly to passenger services and purchased 2 passes.

We were on the August 29, Getaway cruise. Boarded the ship at 11:45 purchased two Vibe passes. We then went to the Spa and purchased 2 thermal spa passes.

I sail on Sat. and for the first time EVERY in 14 cruises got an upsell email. Upsell only to the Haven. I took it and hope I like it !:)
Congrats!! Awesome upgrade. What cabin
category had you booked? What ship? Have a fantastic time!

Last time we docked at Havensight there was an open air vehicle that picked up at the gate and dropped off at the shopping area. Do they still have service? Great service for folks with mobility issues.
Has anyone gotten a day pass at a resort in St Thomas?

Thanks for letting us know. Glad you were able to get passes. The photos looked like it was an enclosed area. Was there much of a breeze or some shade ? Possibly at the bar to get respite from the heat.
Hope you had good weather on your cruise.

I can't tell you about the bed location but I wanted to say CONGRATS! That's a huge score on a BX guarantee. I'm truly happy for you. Have a great time!
That is great to hear! I hope we are not too far away from the elevators. But will manage a little walk.

I was recently assigned Aft Balcony cabin12306. I am very excited since I booked a balcony guarantee. Can you tell me if the bed is near the balcony? If you've stayed in this cabin your review and would you have photos particularly the balcony. I'm planning to bring ear plugs since I heard the music from H2O can be loud.
Thanks

Quick Question-I am Platinum
and will be doing my first B to B. Will I receive 150 the first week and 150 minutes the second week? Hope so!

How are you? When in Nov ?
Could you go on 12/13? I love the Regal.

Great information! Thanks Fritz.

Thanks Cheryl for your detailed response.
You answered my questions very well.

Will be doing the first B2B cruise on the Regal in December. Booked the same cabin for both weeks. I understand B2B passengers get off the ship. Do you meet as a group? Do you go to the custom area? Can you leave the ship from there or does the group get back on the ship, then you can leave the ship? Do you exit terminal at the customer area? What time does this usually take place. We may do some things in Ft Lauderdale on the turn around day. Any information would be appreciated.

I cruised Carnival several years ago and have not gone back since cruising on Princess. Recently I've priced some Carnival cruises and found they were more expensive than Princess.

I enjoyed it last month on the Regal. There were many choices so you did not have to order it. All of the dinners in the MRD were very good. The buffet had many choices as well and we enjoyed the variety.

The good on the Regal last month was excellent!

I was on the Regal last month and loved it.
Not all the bells & whistles as the Allure & I love that ship too. Great entertainment, excellent dining-try the wine makers dinner we loved it! The buffet was amazing and we enjoyed Alfredo's. Best Crown grill dinner. The casino was very good to me. It paid for my cruise on the 2nd night. We liked the big screen tv and all the movie choices. Crooners still made the best martini's and the prices of drinks have not increased. Have fun!

Good question Lindy, I was also on Regal and liked it so much, but it was a 3 day and not long enough. That is why we booked the 10 day Southern Caribbean (11/20) for our anniversary. Can't come soon enough! I got a great deal (if you are interested, lol :)) I think it should be just as good, as the ships are almost identical.
We are looking at Christmas cruises & the Royal 10 day fits the budget better than the 14 day on the Regal plus it comes back to Ft L so it's a back to back. I'm just afraid I will be happier on the Regal which was wonderful and the food & entertainment great. Maybe the price will come down.
Thanks -hope you write a review!

I've cruised on the Regal last month and loved it. Those of you who have been on the Royal & Regal will I like the Royal as much?
Your comments would be appreciated. I'm looking at a 10 day cruise on the Royal. Thanks!

I booked an interior guarantee highest category and was upgraded to a balcony cabin on the Regal. I truly spent more time on the pool decks then the balcony but it was a plus having one. I loved the Regal. The interior cabins especially the side way cabins are really nice. Enjoy your cruise.
