  1. Agree. Currently on Discovery and the washers and dryers are free. The mechanism to accept tokens is not even installed.
  2. Currently on Discovery and washers and dryer are free. The token slides are not even installed.
  3. Yes; gift cards will show up on your account as refundable credits and you can use them to “pay for” casino credits that you charged to your room.
  4. I searched and didn’t see the answer; can cabinmates of someone who is eligible for priority boarding board at the same time if they aren’t otherwise entitled?
  5. Wrong board I know, but a behind the scenes tour was offered on my recent trip on MSC Seascape. It was booked at the excursion desk. $90 with a minimum of six guests needed to run the tour.
  6. It’s not even too late after the cruise starts. I once went to Guest Services and was given a direct email address for that ship and submitted while on board and it was credited to my account.
  7. Does anyone remember where the light sensors are located? I’d like to have my painters tape ready for my trip in June.
  8. A too late reply for the OP, but wanted to say that I had a similar situation where my credit had not posted prior to sailing. I was able to go to Guest Services while on board and they gave me a customer service email address that was specific for guests of that ship. I had a screenshot of my proof of ownership and sent that in the middle of my cruise and received the credit in about an hour. So just coming to say that it’s not too late even if you are on your trip!
  9. I sent in my stockholder information for onboard credit three weeks before my cruise day and had not heard back By the time my cruise started. I went to guest relations while on the ship and they gave me an email address for customer service that is specific to the ship I was on. I emailed them with all of the information and got my onboard credit on my account within about two hours. The actually looked up my next cruise and gave me the onboard credit for that one as well.
