  1. Hi fellow cruisers!

Does anyone know if we can use our BOGO for the 150 central park + wine pairing on Oasis????

Also, if anyone has sailed Oasis recently and has any pictures of the menu for 150 Central Park that would be great since I know that it is listed as "seasonal".

    Thank you so much (:

just off the oasis,, I do not have the menus.. it changes once during a 7 day cruise.. ye, you can yse the BOGO and also can use the dinner for two coupon that the travel agents give

  2. Have any of you received your confirmation from RCCL for this offer? After Tony O's post a month ago, I contacted C&A as well and received a reply that said:

"Due to the overwhelmingly positive response we have received to this promotion, confirmation e-mails have been delayed slightly due to the amount of reservations being submitted. Please allow additional time for your confirmation to be received. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

we never got the confirmation but I made several calls and documented date and who I spoke with that assured me we were registered.. they said they were behind in sending out confirmations.. we sail on saturday... duhhh... we signed up in december.. they must really be behind... LOL

  3. The concierge will forward your request to the Coastal Kitchen Manager. We usually request 6:30 PM for the 2 of us. If you do this, please check with the Coastal Kitchen Hostess to ensure your requested time is booked.

  5. Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your wonderful and heart-warming comments. As always, I sincerely appreciate your kind thoughts ! Each and every word on this thread, means so much to me.

Neverbeenhere : Thank you for remembering my birthday, and for sharing your thoughts - but one question for you.... Where did you hear about the services of the corporate jet, limo and personal masseuse ? I think that would come as a massive shock to all of my fellow Cruise Critic Hosts ! I must have missed the memo on those benefits :) .

    Thank you everyone !

Happy birthday fellow host. Ummm about that limo and corporate jet. ...and let us not forget our great 401 k. Lol

  6. You are correct. This was our experience on the Allure January and May 29th of this year. Same was true for our Oasis cruise this April. We are also in a CLS August 27th on the Oasis.

    hi,

are you on the roll call for the aug. 27?.... Cruising with some friends and we are also in a crown loft suite and want to get the conceirge to make our reservations for ck.. Ithe conceirge will contact suite people about 7 days prior to the cruise... we had the same situation trying to make Izuma... it was 6 or 8 :30... I took the 8:30 and hope to get it changed to at least 8 p.m. once on board..

see you on the Oasis!!!!... final payment time.. lol..

  7. there is a stickey at the top of the page which explains CC policy regarding reviews of tours, etc... we encourage you to post your reviews but they MUST be in response to an existing thread....

feel free to email me at my cruise critic address if you have any questions

  8. Hi all!

Hubby and I are going on three back-to-back cruises, and we want to scuba dive most of them!

    Cruise ports are:

Aruba, Bonaire, Grenada, St Lucia, Barbados, Antigua, Belize, Cozumel, St Thomas, St Kitts, and St Maarten.

So far I think we have Aruba, Bonaire, St Kitts, and St Thomas covered for dive operators.

    1) Suggestions for good dive operators for Grenada, St Lucia, Barbados, Antigua, Belize, Cozumel, and St Maarten would be much appreciated.

    2) Are there any "don't bother" locations or any "must dive" locations? So far we are considering Bonaire our "must dive". Everything else is up in the air.

Thank you very much for your suggestions. Hubby and I are extremely excited - we have only been able to dive cold, murky (boring) water so far, so we're looking forward to beautiful Caribbean water!!

    Breanne

    Manitoba, Canada.

belize, st. Lucia and Cozumel would be high on my list

  9. on a recent RCI cruise we had a similar MDR situation on the first nite.. we sat for 45 minutes before anyone asked if we wanted something to drink or saw a bread person... we were a table of 7...I found the head waiter and every nite thereafter there was 2 baskets of warm rolls on our table when we arrived.. ice tea was on the table and refills were attentive... and every nite the head waiter was there to ask if we needed anything and if everything was ok.. there were no excuses given and the matter was taken care of...if the head waiter didn't .. there is always the hotel mgr..in fact our head waiter did over kill.. also on our table every nite waiting for us was a platter of fresh crudities... we made sure to let them know which nites we were going to the specialty restaurants...lol

  10. a nice tip does wonders:)

    Hi,

Can I get 2 glasses of wine to bring to my cabin, or must I sit and have them at the bar?

I am Diamond, but my Partner is not... So we cannot go to the Diamond events on Allure.

    thanks

    newlu

yes.. but get them from the diamond lounge.. not the bars... and let the bartender do it not the servers.. I had the same situation on my recent cruise and the bartender had them ready for me as soon as he saw me,,, without asking, except for the first time... told him I preferred drinking on my balcony vs. the crowded room..a nice tip is appreciated . no problem.. I actually preferred sitting on my balcony, ordering a cheese platter from room service... you can also bring a plate of horsdouvres back to your cabin from the diamond lounge.. but room service is easy also

  11. you mentioned your entire famiy was going can a family member stand guard over the 'chest' until you get there? if Labadee is last it gives you a lot of time to plan it on board.. maybe someone from your roll call will offer to stand by the chest or the activities director can get someone in on it. I would offer, but i'm not on your cruise :( .. but you have plenty of time to plan and gather fun stuff while on board ..

    enjoy the cruise
