We are Nachi regulars and have always booked the all inclusive through a web site. We have always had wifi included but, it has not always worked the best.

Enjoyed your review. Thanks for all the good information on NCL.

We sailed on the Brilliance out of Boston in 2015. Great ship!

We were stationed inside the ice rink. Saw some others were entering the theatre and dining room. We watched a safety video, the, Wash Your Hands video, and the staff put on the life vests. First time, our life jackets were not inside our cabin. They keep them at your station. I have always thought it would be funny is someone sang, "Wash Your Hands" at Karaoke ( A cappella, of course) but, maybe that's just me......

We just finished a B2B on Oasis. First time for us. We had stayed clear of this size previously. We were a little worried about the size. Fears were unfounded. We enjoyed our cruises on Oasis. The shows were wonderful. The only real downside for me was pre-booking the shows. I really I did not enjoy that aspect. I am more of a day to day activity person. That being said, we enjoyed all the shows we saw.

Matt Mitcham and a guy named Skippy (?) on my first cruise back in 2010.

Our first B2B was on Indy of the Seas. We flew to England and took the 5 day portion first to France, Belgium and Holland. We stayed on board for the 15 day TA back to the US. Why? To see a bit Europe and then a sunny cruise to the Caribbean. We also just plain love cruising and the longer, the better! We never want to disembark. We are taking another B2B in a couple of weeks. Same ship yes, but, different ports.

Following our family cruise in Oct on Oasis of the Seas, we will be utilizing a shuttle to get to Orlando Airport. Not sure on such a large ship what time we will be off. We don't need to rush as we are staying at the airport hotel overnight. What time would you suggest we schedule the shuttle for?

I have never had a cadillac or a blue margarita but, I love a plain one on the rocks! I am going to have to try both of these as they sound delicious!

18 days until our B2B on Oasis of the Seas! :D

Anything that taste's as good as it looks....Celebrity did a very good job at this....RCI just can't seem to get it right...even the hot apple pie in JR's has changed for the worst....:eek:
I have to agree with you. My DH returned to JR just for that pie. He was so disappointed on Indy. It was tiny compared to the previous piece and just not very good. His face just fell. Poor baby.

Ask for the Mickey Mouse and you will get it with two scoops of ice cream!

We love our "ship days". When we port in Nassau or Falmouth we generally stay onboard. We enjoy the almost empty ship. We sleep in and make use of the pools and hot tubs. Some people say it is boring but, we find it relaxing.

We were not huge fans of the Vista. Will be sailing on Oasis in 23 days. Will be nice to see how they compare. Hope you enjoy your cruise whichever way you decide.
-
It is just plain awful since they "improved" it. Surely, RCI knows this? Why can't they just fix it?

We have seen many military men in their dress uniforms. To me, it seems that more continue to dress up than not. Sure there are some who will show up in jeans but, that is okay. It is their choice. We dress up but, not formal gown and tux. We enjoy dressing up a bit and going to the dining room. Thank you for your service!

We LOVE Halloween cruises and have taken several. Best ever was aboard Freedom of the Seas. Many people dressed in costumes. Balloons, confetti canon, parade, party, FUN! What activities they have really seems to depend upon the Cruise Director.

Fingers crossed you get to keep it!

Yes, I think so, IF there is a thalassotherapy pool.We loved it and used it every day of our seven day cruise on the Dream. It was wonderful to soothe achy muscles after a port day and to spoil yourself on long sea days. We were so disappointed that the Vista didn't have one and felt we wasted our money on a spa cabin.

Until 30 people have been in the water for a couple of hours with nobody getting out for bathroom breaks. 🤢[emoji6]
As others have said, the answer is a maybe yes, maybe not. There are times when the air temperature is hot and the pool is cold, and vice versa. I always remember being in the pool on an Alaska cruise; air temperature was in the 60’s, the sun was shining, but the pool water was warm. Kinda neat to be in my bathing suit while watching the snow capped mountain scenery go by.

Have never seen this but, what a great idea it is! Are you listening, Carnival? ;)
-
Of those I have sailed, definitely The Dream
-
We only sailed Carnival for awhile and then we tried RCI Freedom of the Seas. Gosh we just fell in love with that ship. Also think the entertainment is a bit better on RCI. I would recommend that size of ship to try out. It's not too big and not too small. Just right!

I am a bit confused about Philipsburg. I am trying to get the, "Lay of the land". We have been to St. Martin but, always did ship excursions. My understanding is that there is a boardwalk where Great Bay Beach area is. Here you can rent chairs from Holland House. The next street is Front St and the next is Back St? Are the Yoda Guy and the casino on the street behind the boardwalk? After that are the shops on the next street? Thank you in advance for any assistance.
