Thank you for the name tag and the delivery to my cabin. They are beautiful. Wonderful job.

I enjoyed the service a lot in the past , however not on a February arrival. My bags had priority tags for a TPA arrival. It meant nothing to the baggage handlers. My bags were the last out on the conveyer belt. It was very frustrating, especially since the flight had been delayed for 12 hours because there was no pilot. At least they arrived!

I’m so sorry about what you and many others are going through. You have a great attitude and I know you will make the best of it. I’m sure Celebrity will make it up to you in some way. who is your captain?

Concierge is more about cabin location and you get afternoon canapés and bottle of champagne. Not worth it in my estimation.
