Didn't this happen with foot stools a few years ago? And then after a time, they mysteriously reappeared.

I suggest you look at these ports on the Ports of Call board as well as asking here about X excursions. Personally, I would do Adventures Antigua in Antigua.

Yes to both. Bring sodas in carry on.

No time restriction for doubles or singles.

Have never done a move up bid. But was shocked to see the required bid to Sky Suite from our concierge was only $500 pp for our cruise last month on Beyond. Didn't bid, but if I see it that low again will try it.

I believe it is the airline that should be contacted for a refund, not FBC.

Reflection has a great Sunset bar. I don't recall seating being uncomfortable.

My "never again" is because of the incessant noise, some very dark areas, too many specialty bars and not enough places to get a "regular" drink, (Club seldom open for 5ish drinks, also quite frigid in there), not enough use of the theater optics, ( 2 shows per cruise), general layout seems awkward, too many stairs in so many areas, too many outdoor bars means not enough indoor bars, and Craft Social way too small to handle prime time drinks. Also LOUD. I don't like sitting outdoors in the wind for a drink, thus my take on too many outdoor bars and not enough indoor bars. Anyway, we did have a fun cruise most of the time. But surely not as much fun as we have experienced on the S class ships. Just personal preferences. But posted to let people know what we experienced on Beyond.

Wow. What great information regarding the elevator. Looks like there is one.

Another question. Is there a hot tub on Silly's Retreat sun deck?

We did a Hawaii 15 night round trip from San Diego years ago. Great itinerary. But even considering going 4 days early, I would not book this cruise. Two ports is not enough to take that long flight over and 5 sea days back. I would fly to Hawaii for a land trip first.

Is this accessible on Silhoutte, please? It can only be reached by steep stairs on Equinox. At my age, stairs are getting to be a challenge!
-
Do suite bookings still include the premium wi-fi and drinks packages, please? I know there are no gratuities.

Interesting. So on Ascent this is lighted. On Beyond it is very dark and includes objects hanging down from the ceiling as well as the weird shapes on the floor, sort of like a cave.

I have cancelled cruises in the past, but not recently. My TA has just told me that if I cancel an upcoming cruise, I will be charged a fee of $500 per cabin? What??? I give up the non-refundable deposit, as i know. I have never before heard of a cancellation fee and certainly was not advised there was one when I booked. I know I can move the cruise with a $100 per person fee. But there is nothing to move it to, as we are booked up thru' May 2025, which is as far as Caribbean cruises are scheduled. Anyone have some insight on this?

Sorry I didn't mention our cabin was very quiet, 11198. No creaking or popping. I know about the stairs to Eden. I did reference that use of stairs seemed to be encouraged on Beyond. At my age, stairs are kind of an issue for me. Again, amazing and lovely crew. E class just not for us. Stem to Stern, it does seem a death maze, dark and full of obstacles.

Elite Plus, so have some experiences for comparisons. What we liked about Beyond: Eden, Oceanview Cafe, 4 MDR experience, and the Infinite Veranda cabin.. Of course, it's not a veranda at all, but a mini sun room. There is actually more storage space in the closet than pictures seem to show. The staff was incredible ship wide. That's it. The ship was loud over all and very dark in some areas such as WCB. Craft Social is ridiculously small for such a large ship. A lot of areas encouraged use of stairs. Those at the Martini Bar seemed dangerous. And speaking of dangerous, who in the heck thought that dark maze approach to Eden was a good idea?! If no one has been badly injured there, I am surprised! Shows were strong on effects with the amazing lights and screens. however, only 2 production shows each of our two back to back cruises. Using acrobatics in all shows seemed redundant. Seemed as if every time I wanted to take a drink into the Club,to escape the noise of Craft Social, it was not open. Just didn't like the layout of the ship and the noise. Have Eclipse, Reflection and Silhoutte booked for the future.

You are assigned a check-in time when you sign in for your Express boarding pass which is available 45 days prior to boarding day.

I am afraid it is true. I'll find out for sure when I board Beyond on Friday. We have an IV, but the storage is no better. I am bringing 2 magnetic hooks.

Thanks. I will see what they can come up with on Beyond. I love the Zacapa Old Fashioned, but now it is priced out of the premium package. I think most of the drinks there are also over $17. But I will see if they can be inventive.

Am I correct to assume the WCB also has various wines? I remember when WCB's were new, they served only the menu drinks. Apparently, they now have some limited drinks, wine and beer.

Above is correct. Flights have to be after a certain time and I remember it was 11:30 on our last FLL departure.

Can you find out if Caleb Crawford, who does the "Beyond the Podium", will be on next cruise, please? We board April 27. His presentations look very interesting to me.

Can you recommend a quiet spot for a before dinner drink for those of us not in the Retreat? Looks like there are few indoor bars on this ship. I am hoping Eden bar is a good choice for 5-ish drinks. Looks like the Craft Social is way too small for this big ship. We are not into the Martini Bar at all. Besides, it is always crowded and noisy.

Which bars can I get an espresso martini at on the Equinox?
