Re: Several responses referring to post #300. I don't see how post #300 does anyone any good. It is not signed by Laura so I see no value in quoting it. Now if the poster has a copy of her exact e-mail response, showing that it is from her,, that would be worth something to us all. I'm afraid we are simply stuck with inferior wines on the PDP.

Thanks goodness X scraped plans to turn that library space into inside cabins when they did the first "revolutionized" ship. That had originally been in the plans but apparently there was so much negative feedback, that was dropped. Love the library on S class ships. Great quite place and good for people watching, as you can see outside as well as inside.

Tuscan definitely not worth it to us. We've dined there for the last time unless we win another free dinner as we did about a year ago in the b2b meeting.

Thanks for the menu from Luminae. Disgraceful, Castle Rock! Fortunately, they usually have several wines not on the list. I will hope for the best in two weeks.

Yes. A couple of days ago someone posted a set price menu which also showed an abbreviated lunch menu. This was said to be from a cruise a couple of months in the future. We board EQ on Jan. 18. Hope for the original menu and pricing.

All these reports of "no upcharge in Retreat or Lumine" just mean no drinks or wine will be available that are over the premium limit.

For those currently onboard, has the Sushi on 5 menu changed to a set price instead of ala carte, please?

Hump or bump veranda for us as well. Love wake views, but for a whole cruise I will take the side view and closer elevators/stairs. . I can get an aft view from the Sunset bar or the back of the OVC.

Are Azteca and the two Zacapa drinks the only drinks in World Class Bar that are over the $17 limit, please?. Of course these are my favs there but I can get by on some of the others.

Walk off usually starts between 7 and 7:30, with 7:30 most often.

Or call the Retreat phone number in advance and book reservations. I did this for spa appointments for our Jan. 18 cruise. Now I don't have ti deal with it on board. I would NOT count on Retreat Concierges getting reservations for you. They certainly didn't have time for that on our Sept. EQ cruise in the Retreat. Phone is 877-738-7328

Please advise which ships have smoke free casinos. Looking at trying this cruise line but used to smoke free casinos on Celebrity.

Do I understand you correctly that all products sold on board have a "gratuity" added now? I used to buy some cosmetics on board, but will not if this is the case.

Sounds like you had a corner aft Sunset Sky Suite. Is that correct?

It will be nothing like RCI for your children. However, . there is a kids club that many speak highly of. I would guess on a port intensive cruise this would not be much of a concern. The buffet will probably blow the RCI buffet away if RCI's buffet is no better than it was a few years ago. The shows will not require reservations so just show up when you wish. However, the entertainment will not be as varied as RCI's. Equinox should be in good shape after her April dry dock. There is more opportunity to see the sea on Equinox than you do on Freedom class ships. There is no separate dining area for pizza and sandwiches as on RCI. These are in the buffet area daily. A plus is there is free "real" ice cream in the buffet daily. There is also a no charge hamburger/hot dog grill just above the main pool area.
