I think that may have been the menu for Day 1 of their second leg.  The menus tend to repeat themselves.  We had the same Day 1 menu on the Ruby going to Alaska in July.  Matter of fact I'm starting to be able to know the day of the cruise by what is on the dinner menu.

Ok.  Thanks.  The later pic didn't have the wording "01-WestCoast22" at the bottom right of the menu.  But still....chili on day one as the beef option?  I'm used to having my prime rib day one and then again later in the week.  AND they took away the steak from the everyday portion of the menu.

We live nearby and usually try to get there around 11:00 AM.  We’ve only waited around 15 minutes or after check in to board recently.

    Cruise Raider,

I don't know how else to reach you, but you seem to be in the know.  I have a question posted on the Millennium 9/24 roll call that I hope you can answer.  I tried the messaging feature but it's disabled.

I'm on a cruise Oct 1.  I looked earlier and there are TWO other ships in port that day.  Zuiderdam and a smaller ship.   Other than more crowds around, less taxis/Uber, etc. how does that slow things down?  Not enough workers?

Zuiderdam and Silver Seas Mariner will be utilizing Pier 35 and both are "in transit".  They will have minimal impact on your boarding the Ruby.

  4. I've been searching far and wide for information on this.  I am scheduled to work the cruise port in San Francisco on Wednesday 4/20.  I know that that cruise has been cancelled.  However, the port seems to think that the cruise is still a go; of course, I know better with all the information that I get from my fellow cruisers on cruisecritic.  I see that Solstice and Eclipse are both currently anchored off the coast of San Diego.  I assume that Eclipse will reposition to Vancouver without any passengers for her 4/23 cruise to Hawaii, but does anyone know if she will make the port of call in San Francisco as scheduled with just her crew?  I don't have instagram so if anyone can get in touch with CD Sue Denning it would be greatly appreciated.

Based on this Princess statement you’re correct: “April 4, 2020 - May 31, 2020 - Cancel by March 31 and automatically receive a Future Cruise Credit for 100% of cancellation fees”.

In addition you should get refunds for any advance purchases made for your cruise.

    Thanks for clarifying.

We are taking the Alaskan cruise from Seattle on the Soltice next month (July 2019).  I'm in the process of planning reservations for specialty restuarants... maybe.  We have always been very happy with the food in the main dinning rooms for most of our cruises, but it is our anniversary so I was thinking we would try a few.  Before making reservations, I would like to check out the menus from the main dining room - Eperney.  Does anyone know where or if they are posted by the member of Cruise Critic.

    I posted them here

I emailed the CEO (which usually gets intercepted by her exec team), low and behold they found my bag.  My guess is it was still on the ship and brought off yesterday yet I'm happy to get it; still will be quite a while before I get it.

Glad they found your bag.   Still not right that you'll have to pay for shipping though.
