  1. Next course is the Butter Poached Lobster. I was not as thrilled with this course but my hubby did enjoy his so I may have just not been in the mood for lobster.

I did really enjoy the Pinot Grigio pairing!!

The beef course was also really great!!

The dessert was out of this world and I was too full to finish it unfortunately!!4514f7b74f109c0697e98e9e67ae7bc1.jpg54cfb165b7b63fc997874377a0aa68d2.jpg5c02a272429ae34a2af2f9a7cc1ef750.jpg

I also loved this wine!! I asked for a second glass to carry with me when we left.

Of interesting note is that my hubby does not drink alcohol at all. When the bartender in Vintages Lovely brought up the Chefs Table we told her we would love to but we're not interested in paying that much since hubby does not drink. She got the bar manager to talk to us and he gave hubby a discount that made it much more reasonable for us to do it since he does not drink!

I highly recommend the Chefs Table!!

  2. First course Hearts of Palm

Second course Sweet Pea Soup. This was out of this WORLD amazing!!! Really loved ❤️️ it! The chef said it takes him two days to make!!23e2aaf8664627b2ffb4f1975d8be5f9.jpg

The wine pairing with the Pea Soup was the Rose you see behind my Soup. I enjoyed the wine even though I normally would never choose a Rose.

The next course is the Braised Short Rib Ravioli which I am pretty sure is the best thing I have ever eaten in my life!! I believe the chef also said this takes two days to make. ec1c7e077643b217e1ee010af662d63b.jpg6ab9bb8da594fcc290bef804fc378bff.jpg3dacfcec06943e38f8387a5819a47b1f.jpg

  3. Hello! We were on the Freedom of the Seas from 2-4-17 to 2-12-17 8 night sailing. We had an amazing time and were able to eat at the Chefs Table. On our sailing it was held in the Windjammer but they had closed off the entire side 1/2 of the Windjammer) so I did not find it a distraction and enjoyed our evening!

When U arrive u sit at the Plaza Bar which is at the beginning of the Windjammer/Jade area. You are brought a Bellini to enjoy while you wait to be seated.

Once seated the Chef talks about the evening and he also described every corse. Ben, our bar manager then described the wine pairing for each course. He also tells you if u would like more of a particular wine to just let him know!!

Here is what my seating looked like when we sat down 58f102e013fa88fe5d5ed11d72d94400.jpg
