I believe it is only for elite and suite passengers - not sure because we are elite and often go by there at 5pm for an appetizer and a drink. the captain's party in the Vista Lounge is for elite and platinum passengers.

Did the tour with Dora a few years ago - she was wonderful....highly recommend it ..Going again in April but this time will just take a taxi to the old city.

On the ruby, since we have been on her several times in the past few months, the elite lounge is in skywalker's Lounge - deck 17 aft......the Captain's party is in the vista lounge on deck 7 aft. We will be going again on March 5th....the Skywalker's elite lounge is a lovely event.

No way - have done 44 cruises on Princess and have never seen that. -
If you have just an email casino offer, you can now book it online even if you want to upgrade. The only time you need to call the casino is for a come back and play offer. this just started this past week to alleviate the hold times. Try it!! It works!!

EZ Air tends to be much better on international cruises than domestic flights. -
I hope our cruise on the Crown does not take Victoria away - I want to go back to the Buchart Gardens again...they are lovely....we found Prince Rupert to be a bit bland.

I called back this morning and was on hold for only 30 minutes before I had an answer, but then my casino offer was not entered properly and she must call me back.....I hope so. -

Today, I was on hold for over 4 hours and finally had to hang up. I should have selected the call back option. I will call back tomorrow morning before I need to leave for the day and do that after I hold for 40 minutes or so. Trying to book two casino offers - will do both of them at the same time b/c of the ridiculous hold times. -
For Princess, it is for every $2 gambled, you get one point - that is on the slots as I am well aware.....we get comp cruises a lot - the problem is calling and trying to book them . At present , I have been on hold for over 4 hours.

First time to Maya Chan - have been to Costa Maya many times . the beach at Mahahual is just fine and closer to the port. We will be there again in a little over a week. will just go to Mahahual.

We were there a few weeks ago - the seaweed was awful...the water was so dirty from it that we would not go in. Personally, we thought it overpriced....we do not drink alcohol so early in the day.....Food was mediocre at best....they were trying really hard to clean up the beach but to little avail. Not recommended.

Yes, on our recent confirmation my husband's name was misspelled so not matching his passport. After over 40 cruises with Princess, now they cannot spell his name correctly....It was an easy fix though.

I called them a few days ago..was on hold a very long time then pushed the button for a call back. Someone called me back within 20 minutes..From now on, I will use that feature .I have also called them as soon as they open and that works well.
