With the HIA, at dinner if I want sparkling water do they give a large bottle on the package or that would not be included?

I’m happy to see a few private companies listed. I will look there. The Holland America ones look……not sure what the right word is…..all on a bus looking out windows. There doesn’t appear to be much sporty. I’d rather hike at a waterfall than simply be looking at it from the bus.

Just paying the difference is a change, isn’t it? My last cruise was pre Covid. If it was more than the set price I think we had to pay the whole price.

In theory. But it did not work for me.

The reservations only opened last evening. Slots were available, some glitch keeps me from doing anything though. I called again and got a different agent. She immediately said no problem, cancelled the paid one and booked it under the promo. All set now.

I emailed my assigned PCC about booking and never got a response. I email Cruise quick and they took care of me immediately. not even an automated reply like I work Tu-Sat or I’m out of the office, please call X. Just nothing.

I read here the fax number on the newest form was wrong, if I remember correctly. I used a previous for for a trip in the fall and got confirmation the same day.

Finally a guy there said just try again in May. No free spots open yet. But it shows I have the credits. Then he said we only get 1 free on the 7 night; not 1 each.

Yes. Tried clicking one name and booking both meals, snd tried reserving one each time. Either way, I pay full price.

I had the boxes to pick names after I clicked to use the promo credit and they still charged

On a 7 night cruise, which night is Gala Night?

Dining reservations opened for my early September cruise. I went to reserve Pinnacle for the first night (not open it seems?) so I did book the second night but I was charged. At the time I made it it asked for a promo code which I wasn’t given. I paid and have a receipt though I can’t see it nor can HAL when I inquired about the charge. How do I reserve a “free” reservation?

Suite entree in the dining room? This is new, I guess, from my last pre Covid cruise. Do we get a special menu at dinner?

Are suites assigned a time?

My husband did the online application and was approved instantly. It shows in his cruise credits on his account as available and did within 48 hours. HAL can not see it. My TA has a screen shot from the account page. They spent an hour on the phone with HAL who had no idea what they were talking about. I called and same result. How can I see it is available in the account on my end on their website and they can not?

I wish I will look like your mom at 82. I wish I looked that young at 57!

Can this be added to a booking we just made? My husband qualifies it appears.

I thank you for this question, a year later, since I’m debating buying a policy or relying on Chase. In the past Chase has been pretty worthless on most claims; they keep asking for more and more documentation which I provide and which should be covered, then they deny the claim. But in writing, it out to be sufficient for what I need. Trip insurance was a LOT cheaper when I was younger!🥴

This isn’t mentioned as a starting point but my late summer cruise begins there. What hotels are best for this departure? Preference for Marriott but not a deal breaker for a great location. We’d likely arrive a couple of days in advance to see the city.
