  1. Anyone know what the next sale will consist of? I’m hoping the weekend one starts again with added premium drinks and obc.
  2. Hello we haven’t been on the Millenium or any M class ship but looking at cabins for a cruise next year. Cabins that look appealing are two on deck 6 .. 6143/6144 and Aft cabins 7128/8172 thanks for any help
  3. I just watched a you tube video from last month April 2022 from a crew member showing his cabin because he was sent to the Infinity to be quarantined. Might not sound much but we have to think about the cost of a cruise on the Infinity being not refurbished and currently used as a quarantine ship vs refurbished ship and out sailing now.
  4. no link im afraid it just popped up in a google search its obviously wrong
  5. so I found the following which is interesting as we are considering a suite: In November 2020, Celebrity Infinity under went an extensive refurbishment as part of the Celebrity Revolution. She was revolutionised, with exclusive new sanctuaries for Suite guests, new boutiques featuring the most desirable designer names, luxuriously updated restaurants, bars and lounges. Anyone know if the suites were refurbished and balcony furniture update [and especially those ugly frosted glass dividers] the solid while looks much better? thanks
  6. thanks everyone....does anyone know what refurbishment took place on the Infinity? I've tried to find it but no success
  7. having not been on a M class only the other Celebrity ships I have to say the way they were before refurbishment was nice and agree that the refurb makes them sparkle....but I'm not sure we want to base our decision on a refurb or not. I suppose my slight concern is that I believe the Infinity has been used to hold the staff during covid time therefore it must be down the pecking order probably due to no refurb?
  8. having never been on any of the 2 ships I am wondering from cruisers if when choosing a cruise your preference is for one or the other? tx
  9. Thanks for your posts....regarding what you said "We ended up with just over 2% contracting covid".......... At a "conservative" 3000 passengers including crew this is still 60 passengers or crew who actually reported it. How many did not.
  10. Really curious about this if you are on a med cruise and you plan to stop in multiple ports. Any testing required prior to getting off ship? tx
  11. I am not seeing an answer to your question within the wording.... Up to Date* Guests: Must present a negative Antigen test taken within 2 days prior to sailing. Guests who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may present a Certificate of Recovery and proof of the positive PCR test result taken between 11 and less than 180 days prior to the sail date in order to board.
  12. Latest cases shown in the following data....for example Italy has dropped to 1.6% of the entire population https://graphics.reuters.com/world-coronavirus-tracker-and-maps/regions/europe/
  13. very sorry to hear this and I think a lot of people have concerns around contracting covid onboard
  14. has anyone got any updated pics of the ship and cabins? tx
  15. yes I thought that would be the case
  16. is it the case that if you used FCC for the cruise you want to cancel you have to get FCC back and not cash refund? just curious
  17. As covid is still lurking on ships I'm wondering if people are feeling confident or not about cruising this year? We have two upcoming cruises with one in June and although we have slight reservations about going on the first one [Rome Med Cruise] we feel that we have to get back to normality again. That doesn't remove the ongoing concerns and as we go on cruises to enjoy ourselves it was sad to hear that shows on the Apex just now are cancelled because of a crew covid breakout. So right now its still not plain sailing [pardon the pun].
