  1. The % of the passengers paying for the water park is miniscule compared to the overall passenger numbers. Not everyone gets off.
  2. The WJ used to have donuts filled with custard and sometimes with chocolate pudding. They were moist and good, but they have disappeared like some the other amenities.
  3. I seem to remember that Jamie's had lamb chops on the dinner menu. Has this dish gone by way of the Dodo bird. Here's is Jamie's luncheon menu from the Anthem.
  4. Not knowing which vessel. On Iasis class the only shoes that I’m seats of is the production, Aqua, ice skating and the adult comedy. All others like entertainers are on first come basis. no charge for any shows unless you are on the Quantum thst have fees for North Star and the I/fly on certain occasions.
  5. I took this tour and spent 3 hours at the beach which is a couple of blocks form the drop/pick up point. Paid the rent of a chair for 3 hours. Could have stayed longer as the ship did not leave until 9PM.
  6. On my February Anthem sail, some MTD diners were seated at our traditional dining table at 6, as only 5 occupied a table for 8.
  7. On Anthem, lunch in the WJ is better than the MDR.
  8. On my February Anthem sail, the early traditional was listed at 5:30 and then on board it became 5:15 and during the sail announcement was made that made it 5. Don't necessarily go by what is listed on the invoice.
  9. Around Labor Day last year they had the key pricing at under $20. It was a steal at thst price primarily to the internet and the lunch at the SR.
  10. The WJ can barely handle the hordes for breakfast and lunch. Go back to some of the threads and the many complaints with the inability for Paxs getting tables during these times.
  11. Not a chance. It's a cycle right now until RCG financial conditions improve, and inflation comes well under control. Remember, prior to the pandemic, just from experience the Oasis and Quantum classes MDR had tutti salad bar for breakfast and lunch which makes the present offerings in the WJ to shame. Also. it wasn't too long ago when we took a 9 niter on Anthem to NE/Canada and on the night we left Bar Harbor, we were surprised with whole lobsters on the menu. It was lobster day as we also got lobster lunch included in an excursion.😃
  12. I was referring to 2017 when there was a shortage based on the scuttlebutt from the waiters/headwaiter. .
  13. This was probably during the so-called shortage off escargots. Funny thing happened on one of our cruises in February and during the week we were told over and over that there was a shortage, but on Valentine Day of that cruise, lo and behold they found a bunch.😆
  14. Sorry, misunderstood as I thought that you cooked and then refrigerated it and warmed it up the next day.😊
  15. Don’t know about you but we eat it hot out of the oven. All of the flavors are bubbling up. Do you eat baked macaroni the next day also 😜
  16. Same here when the Quantum class was introduced. The biggest appeal was the different design and the 4 distinct restaurants with the Dynamic Dining concept.
  17. Before calling the Casino desk to take advantage of the annual free inside cabin, I did a mock booking comparing an inside vs. a balcony cabin. With the solo supplement and D+ balcony discount the balcony was about $150 cheaper. This was for Harmony OTS sailing December '23 from Galveston. At the end I took the $500 trade-in value as I would be losing the OBCs for booking on board and shareholders. Ps. Many times in teh past I found that 2 cabins are cheaper than a cabin for 4--dynamic pricing anyone.🤣
  18. That's gone and including the wonderful lunch buffet. The lunch one was called the "Tutti" salad bar. Another casualty of the C19.
  19. I would agree with you except they are still selling the 3-night package on all of the 3 sails in '24.
  20. I have OBC for my October, '24 Symphony sail and a few early '25 of both shareholder's and on board booking OBCs. Simply can't beat it, plus I have a $50 OBC for their screw up on the so called "package".🤣
