I am totally surprised how good Medallion Net works on this ship. Pretty fast and reliable. Even here, far up north.

I really enjoyed it. Soup with potatoes and bacon. And green onions on top, which perfectly fit to the dish. Just nice after that cold day.

No, we don't tender in Skagway. The cruise director explained it: We will stop right at the dock, but the dock is a construction area right now. So shuttle busses have to be used to pass the construction site. Must have to do with the landslide last year.

Another sunny but chilly day in the north Pacific. Today's dinner at Sterling Steak House. Jumbo Sea Scallops, Salmon Caviar Black and Blue Onion Soup Surf & Turf Filet Mignon with Maine Lobster Tail I ordered the filet medium, but it came well done. Anyway, it was a superb dinner.

The 1st officer mentioned the brand new HD MUTS Screen today.

On Asia sailings on the Diamond Princess, the kettle is also used to make instant noodles. Japanese won't go anywhere without their instant ramen.

Many adults take these nice (kids?) items from the buffet. Nothing to shame about. 😄
