  1. We booked 3 cabins for a cruise in July of 2019. Two were booked online with RCCL, and one was booked by calling RCCL. I always watch for price changes by simply going on the website & pricing like it was a new booking. Two different times now, I see rates that are about $500 less than what my email booking confirmation shows. I called a few days ago and then again last night. Both times had the same result- they couldn’t see the rates I saw & the best rate they can find is about $12 more than what we booked at. Has anyone else had this happen? Any ideas on how I can get them to honor these new rates? Thank you!!

  2. We have a large group planning to go on the Ovation in July of 2019. I called the C & A number to get quotes. I had to call them 3 times because of the room combinations & Accessible cabins we need. We have one family of 5 plus a small baby. Every time I called, I got different rates on that cabin. I know they can change quickly but.....2 times in a few minutes? I just tried again & they put me on hold & I got disconnected. I usually enjoy planning these things but I’m getting frustrated this time.....especially because I can’t get a “good” quote for our friends.

  3. Hello! We have a few wheelchair users in our group, so I’m trying to organize things ahead of time. Which Terminal at Port Everglades does the Harmony use? Which parking deck? We usually fly in, but part of our group is driving with a 12’ trailer for wheelchairs & luggage. We have done this before with the Freedom, but I’m not sure if the Harmony is the same. Thank you!!!!

  4. Soooo.....several of us were considering booking our next cruise while onboard the Harmony at the end of March. Couple of questions.... What are the differences between using Nextcruise vs booking when the next WOW sale happens? Also, if there are 4 or 5 passengers in a cabin, is it $100 pp or per cabin? When we did our last booking onboard, we paid $100 per cabin. We need 2 accessible rooms so can’t wait very long...

    Thanks in advance.

  5. Check your pricing. I booked last week while onboard the Harmony on the first day the sailings were released. I checked my Grand Suite pricing today and saved $1500 and maintained my $300 OBC.

Do the rates seem high for the Ovation to you? We are considering booking an Alaska Ovation Cruise when we are onboard the Harmony in March. We will need 4-5 cabins for our group so I’ve been checking dates/rates. I was surprised that the RT Ovation was more expensive than the North/South rate on the Radiance. Our last Alaska Cruise was a few years ago, but these are a lot higher. We would consider the North/South route, but we will have children & teens with us and the Ovation is much better for them......plus the higher flights.

  6. My travel agent is telling me that they will reprice the 2 people left in the cabin. Also that they will make us move. Couple issues there.....we need an accessible cabin, and my elderly mother is next door with an accessible cabin & will need our help. I thought about calling RCI but....since we are booked through the travel agent, I know they won’t tell us anything.

  7. We booked our cruise with 3 of us in the cabin. I’ve been checking rates and they have gone up quite a bit. Our 3rd person may not be able to go now. If we remove him, will they re-rate the other 2 people to the new rates? If they do, it would be cheaper for us to just have him not show up. Final payment is not due until December.

Another question on the same line....my Mom is booked as a single. IF she adds someone, will they re-rate them both?

  8. We are scheduled to go to St Maarten in March on the Harmony. I just read that 95% of St Maarten was destroyed. I haven't heard about San Juan & Labadee, which are our other ports. I feel so bad for the people there. They have lost everything....and will undoubtedly lose a lot of their income because the ships probably won't be able to stop for a long time. I'm not sure which ports we will go to in March, but it really doesn't matter. Thinking about residents of the Caribbean & hoping that Florida gets through it better than expected. ☹️
