We have an 8 hour drive to the border... trust me, the Canada/US border dogs won't be an issue, food will be long gone by then LOL

Will be getting off Anthem on March 12 and boarding a bus for a 12 hour ride back to Atlantic Canada. I've packed some ziploc bags and stretch wrap thinking of picking up a wrap or a sandwich at Cafe Two270 on the eve of disembarkation to cut some costs on the way home.

Just read in one thread that it wouldn't be allowed? I know that dogs at Customs/Border patrol in Bayonne smell luggage, but do they smell your backpack?

So we have it booked for Day 2, but am wondering how crazy the lines are on boarding day (before sailaway). I'm thinking that would provide us a great view of the NYC skyline.

So are the lineups crazy? or are people too busy exploring the ship?

just wondering if the seas and the weather are traditionally better on one or the other...

Clothes all packed, shoes picked out, working on jewelry and toiletries.

All excursions booked with one possible late addition.

We need to split our OBC amongst the 3 of us (so wish we could do that online, at check-in!!!). Is there a way to do it before we board? (by calling RCCL perhaps?)

I've seen several posts saying that for activities such as the North Star or the Puzzle Room, you would get a charge if you don't show.

I have both of those booked and plan on showing up, but also know that things can get a little hectic at times.

Is there really a charge for NOT showing up? If so, how much?

When I cruised on Allure a few years back, they were handing out deck plan "booklet" (kind of like a folded flyer) on embarkation. Do they still do that? They are a great addition to the scrapbook.:D

We sail Anthem in just over 2 weeks and was wondering if anyone has a recent price list for the onboard dry cleaning/pressing service

So do you have to wait in line at guest services or can you sign up via the TV or the Royal IQ app?

All preboard sign-ups are full.

Vancouver's best kept secret is Times Squares Suites. No shuttles to either the airport or the cruise port, but the money you will save on the room (a suite!!!) will more than make up the difference.

It is located at Robson and Denman, easy walking distance to many attractions (including the HOHO bus) and restaurants.
