    I thought when we waitlisted ourselves I would have 48 hours to accept the new time if we were able to get the waitlisted excursion. Moving only one of us to a different excursion is not ok!

  2. I'm trying to send an email to customer relations.  It keeps bouncing back.  I've tried both customerrelations@princess.com and customerrealations@princess.com.  What am I doing wrong?

  3. You can spend a lot on vanilla, but America’s Test Kitchen sampled real vs imitation vanilla, and tasters couldn’t tell the difference in baked goods. I buy vanilla in Mexico whenever we cruise down there, but I get it at the Walmart in Puerto Vallarta.  It’s good stuff.

    I got it to work. Go to the website to log in. Right under the spot for your password is Need Help. Click on that. It takes you to a new page, and one of the options is to reset your password. They send an email…click the link in that email. Enter your name and your new password. It worked for me. I hope it works for you. I then went to the app and logged in again with my new password and all was fine!

  5. I’m trying to change the password on my account. I log in on Princess.com, go to my account, choose my profile, choose account info, and then select the edit my log in info option. I enter my new password, but then I get the dreaded “we are experiencing technical difficulties” message. This has been going on for days. Called Princess. Woman was no help at all. Any ideas for me?

    I was doing this last night, and yes, I was already logged in when I pulled up the app. My only option was to add a booking which, thanks to you, I now know doesn’t work. But now both the old and new apps are back to normal. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    When I pulled up the app it said hello (my name)  That was all it had.  It was as though I'd never entered any information/preferences into it other than my name.  My next cruise didn't show,  It wanted me to enter the booking number to start.  When I did, it said that wasn't a valid number. Same was true of the old app.

    I tried emailing to the old shareholder request address a few days ago and received a follow up email the next day telling me I had to use the stock perks app.

    I was able to purchase internet at the rate of $7.50 per day (platinum level) for our June 2025 22 day Alaska cruise and went ahead and prepaid daily tips in case they also go up.  

     

    Was not able to purchase internet for our 54 day South Pacific cruise in March 2026.  App says “No Plans Available to Purchase”. Maybe its just too far out date wise.  

    Glad you were able to pay for Internet on the Alaska trip. I’ll see you on the ship!

    How much do you want to bet that plans for your 2026 cruise will suddenly be “available” once the price goes up?!

    Our final cruise (so far) is June 6, 2025 to Alaska. I was able to pay for that one too

  11. So glad I read these posts. We do not do the Plus package so I just went ahead and paid for our Internet now while the price was still lower. Saved $$ on our next 4 cruises. Much easier to do it in the old App as all our cruises are listed on it instead of having to log in for each individual cruise on the new App.

I never entered that or authorized the use of the card in either app. It seems to have just "assumed" I want to use the card in that manner. I guess it doesn't make much difference as I don't plan to use the Medallion to pay for things on shore anyway but it's annoying that they are just kind of hijacking my card info without me having given consent.

    My shoreside billing also shows the same card that I use on the ship, however I honestly don’t think it’s authorized for use unless you tap the card and then tap the “complete” button. At least that’s what I hope. 😁

    At any rate, click on the cc on the shoreside portion.  There are three dots in the upper right corner, click there and it gives option to delete card.  I did it and it put us back as blue lane but I don't care about that.

    This is what I think now, and I could be wrong.  When I first opened the app I was completely checked in; Green Check marks for everything.  Then I read the posts about the shipboard/shoreside issue and was concerned when I saw my CC listed in the shoreside section.  So I went back and was going to delete the card from shoreside, but instead went to shipboard and clicked on the CC box then on the COMPLETE tab.  When the app came back up I had a "you're all set " message, and my cc box had a blue line around it.

    Then when I looked at shoreside I realized there was no blue box

    I don't think the shoreside card is activated (or whatever you want to call it) until you click it and hit COMPLETE  .I'm guessing I have all green marks just because the card is listed and has the potential to be activated.

I can still use my cc instead of charging to my room, the shoreline stores NOT OWNED BY PRINCESS don't have my actual cc# until I present that card, and my card is as safe within both ship & shoreside tab as it would be only within ship tab. What am I missing?? 

     

    I understand Princess wants me to charge to my room (which is why they want me to authorize shoreside transactions) so they get 10% (17% - 7% to me) but I control access to my card, not them

     

     

    I just didn’t want my card stored by Radiqal Gaming
