  1. Can an adult in the other room exchange rooms with grandpa before he cancels? Then there is aleady an adult in the room with the minor when he cancels.
  2. After an hour on chat, no one knows why We canā€™t purchase on the app. The app will not let us use the saved card and it will not allow a new card to be added. It now shows it added in the personalized and paid, even though we have not paid for it and it was never in his cart. I printed the travel summary showing it on there as paid. Will see how long before it disappears.n This is absolutely ridiculous. Half the stuff is on the app and half the stuff is on the web page. No wonder nothing works.
  3. Husband shows as authorized user of the card. It shows me as the owner of the card even though it was saved under his ID.
  4. Is anyone having the following issue on the Princess App? I was able to purchase the discounted WiFi for one device at the Platinum rate. my husband has tried to do this on his appā€¦when he chooses the WiFi purchase option, it takes him to a screen to pay. Our cc on file is not listed and it wants him to enter cc info. He selects thatā€¦and our cc on file is listed, but wonā€™t let him choose it. Tried to enter a different cc, and we get an error message. Cruise is in 3 weeks.

  6. We were at the game where Plaxico Burress had just shot himself in the leg...he was the featured player on the ticket. Sal Palomantano used our tickets on air before the game...we were terrified it was a scam...but his person brought the tickets back and sent us some hats and t-shirts from ESPN I think it was. Favorite player...Mark Bavaro

  8. I had the balcony dinner, the balcony breakfast and a pack of water in the cart for maybe a few weeks. When i went to delete the breakfast recently it wouldn't remove it. Did a chat on the website and they told me I had to call because they could not refund it to me. They were unable to understand that it was in my cart and that I had not paid for it, I was trying to remove it so that I did not have to pay for it. First thing this morning it was all still in the cart...then all of a sudden...everything was gone...while I was logged in. I will accept this gift from the twilight zone and be thankful. šŸ¤£

  12. Edit to addā€¦it appears my cart was cleared, so I added back the Balcony Dinner and water and purchsed. Hope everyone elseā€™s cart was also cleared so you can start over.
  13. Now I am unable to view my cart. When I put the mouse over the ā€œCARTā€ button I canā€™t click on it. I get a round curcle with a slash through it.
  14. I have a balcony dinner and a balcony breakfast and a case of water in my cart. We decided that there is jyst too much food with breakfast. I can doa big meal at the end of the day, but Iā€™d rather not first thing in the morning. i guess Iā€™ll have to buy it and then cancel on the ship and request refund to on board account. ugh
  15. My cart is doing the same thing...unable to remove item. I click the remove box and nothing happens.
  16. Our booking disappeared from the app as well. Says my booking does not exist when I enter the booking number. It was there earlier today. I was hoping it was because we won our upgrade bid and it was being updated...LOL.
  17. On the Ruby in February the main dining room was open for full service breakfast on disembarkation day. This is the only day we had breakfast in the main dining room because we had the suite breakfast in Sabatini's all other mornings.

  19. I signed up for a free account and the link does not access the gift card. It takes me to a generic rewards page with no gift card info anywhereā€¦what am I doing wrong?
  20. Ok, so I did confirm that the only Vista suites on Enchanted are the 6 rooms forward on deck 17. There are no aft facing Vista suites on this shipā€¦even though they wouldnā€™t come right out and say it directly. They did give me the list of 6 rooms and they are forward on deck 17. So buyer beware if you bid on the ā€œ Aft Facing Vista Suiteā€ through the bidding process, they are nowhere near aft. They are forward deck 17. This is ok, just not correctly described.
  21. I think it must be an error on their sideā€¦here is the description listed: Vista Suite The Vista Suite features a spacious stateroom and aft-facing balcony. I also only see them shown forward on the deck plan. I just want to know exactly what we are bidding on. šŸ¤Ŗ
  22. Received an email with bid options for Oct 7, 2023 Enchanted Princess. It lists an aft facing Vista Suite. I cannot for the life of me find an aft facing vista suite on the deck plan. Does anyone have any idea what deck this would be? TY!

It has been our experience that if there is anything that you would like for breakfast, just let them know ahead of time, and if they have it on the ship, it will appear on your breakfast plate, We had a standing order for lobster and swiss omeletts with avacado slices on top. Every. Single. Day.
