  1. I made a cruise reservation through the RC website and have been making other cruise purchases there and paid deposit through website. I have been purchasing gift certificates through AARP and making payments with them. Suddenly today I see an Travel Agent notation on my Cruise Details as Deluxe Rewards Certificate Program. It has blocked my ability to see my payment balance on line and, according to the rep I talked to today, blocked my ability to make any payments on line. Has anyone else had this aggravation? Is there any way to fix this??

  2. Need answer quickly. We are going on the Fascination cruise starting in Jacksonville and disembark in Puerto Rico. Is a passport recommended or required for this cruise. One in our party has realized his passport has expired. Thanks for your help.
