No. It's clearly from the water - see the clear line defined by it.
Actually at one time I had a lot of iron in my water. The color was just the opposite than here. The iron colored the bowl where the water sat. The rest of the bowl was clear.

Unfortunately we only have a balcony room so that is out for us.

What is your favorite thing about the Oasis?

Thanks hallux. Sometimes paying that extra cost is really nice.

1) I haven't been on RCCL in a couple of years. Last year when I was on Carnival they had an app to download on your phone and you could text with someone in your party when you got separated. Has RCCL come up with anything similar?
2) With the drink package, is the wine by the glass still wines under $10.00 a glass?
Thank you for your help

I thought you were asking about overall tips for the cabin. Grats on drinks is 18%. Figure around $50 per day for the drink package - but you can catch it on sale into the 40s.
Sorry! I missed this answer. Thanks for your patience!

The regular prepaid tips are $14.50 per day. Thanks you.
The grat on the drink package is 18% on top of the price that you can find it for. If you want it, book it, if the price drops you can always cancel and rebook it at the lower cost. My problem is I can't find the price for an alcohol package? Do you know an average price? Ballpark?
-
Yes I was asking about the package, sorry. I meant is the tips included in the 14.50 pppd?
Do you know what the regular gratuities are pppd day also?
-
Thanks Biker. I am looking at the FOS. Is that price with tips?
-
Can someone tell me how much a drink package is now? Also, what the tips cost?
Thanks!

We were in St Maartan on Oasis in May, and the shops, bars and hotels along the strand were pretty much decimated. We ventured up to the back streets and most of the shops were open for business. Did not get over to the French side. Old San Juan didn't show a lot of structural damage, but there were a lot of closed up store fronts on the side streets by the port.
We will be back to both ports next week on Oasis, and it will be interesting to see how much progress has been made in the last two months.
Please keep us posted.

No problems we saw in San Juan. Apparently outside the city there are still issues.
Thank you! We really love both islands and cant wait to get back to them.

I was wondering how they are faring now?
Thanks

Has anyone been there lately? Is it coming along nicely?
Thanks

Here’s the 6 day menu someone just posted the other day...
Thank you Nuff!!

Anyone know where I can find out the dinner menus? We are going to the steak restaurant one night so it would be nice to see what night would be best.
Thanks!

Don't like lines? Willing to pay a little more? BUY FTTF. Beat the lines at the food venues on embarkation day. The staff that would normally be working in the MDR and some of the other closed venues are pushing wheelchairs, delivering luggage, answering questions, and all of the various other tasks that are limited to embarkation day. I think that it may be unreasonable to expect them to "staff up" to the level required to have everything open on embarkation day, when the additional staffing is only necessary for one day.
Very well said!

Awesome! Thanks!!

If I remember right, shows start at 8:15 and 10:15, same show. Probably last about an hour or a little more.
So with YTD, you can go as early as 5:45 and go to the early or late show. Or go a little later, like 7:00 ( may have to wait in line for a little while) and go to the late show.
Probably not go to the first show and then go to YTD, as dining room closes at 9:45 (about the time the first show gets out).
Thank you!

Coffee and Tea are available 24/7 in the buffet areas, along with 24 hr softserve ice cream.
The buffet usually opens at 6:30 with a Continental Breakfast, and then full breakfast from 7:00 - 9:30.
Coffee Shops (Specialty coffee which is pay to use unless you have Cheers) is usually open 6:00 AM
If the buffet is closed, how can you get coffee there 24/7?

Sorry I should have asked with the other post. What time are the shows? We have YTD so I was trying to figure out when to fit them in. Are they 20-30 long like on RCCL?
Drink cap?

Is there a limit on how many drinks you can get in a day if you have the drink package now? Not that I care but there wasn't a limit a while ago.
