    Cruuse Mapper shows the only Holland America ship visiting Homer in 2024 is the Westerdam on June 28th.

    I believe that Viking Ocean and possibly Virgin Cruises do status matches.

    Center Hotel Laugavegur is the other one. We also took the city bus from the central bus station to the cruise ship pier.

    Can highly recommend Center Hotels. There are two locations in the center of Rekeyavik. One on the Plaza and another on the main shopping area.

    The breads and their accompanying spreads are different in each restaurant.

    However you pack the magnets, please be very careful to keep them separated in different areas of your luggage. They are very difficult to impossible to pull apart.

    A Neptune Suite on Holland America gets you a larger cabin and complementary laundry. Adjust your expectations with comparisons to NCI, MSC and Celebrity suites.

    Go to a web site such as "scanner of the seas" (reverse that) and view the number of available cabins.

    We are looking at Viking Ocean Cruises even though we are 4 Star Mariners with Holland. NO casino NO kids with similar port intensive iteneries. One draw back is their pay in full policy well before sailing date.

    Check out Greyline Tours. We have used them on several trips to Iceland. Their prices are competitive and tours are excellent.

    You can usually use the gym on embarkation day after the sail away raffle is finished.

    Yes, this was the last cruise that we were on before Covid in Deceber 2019.

    I had to get the Captain's permission to leave the Grandeur, when we boarded in Baltimore, to drive back home and get an item that we needed for the cruise. It was not an automatic yes.

    We need to know if it Nonrefundable or Refundable credit. Refundable credit goes back to your credit card on file.

    Definitely bring four magnetic hooks with you to use in your Edge cabin. We also brought a portable magnetic clothes line to hang items in the bathroom as their is no line there.
