    Its not that simple.

1 person at 1 time gets to go into the amusement area with the 1 pass.   You end up with credits that you use for the cool things. You can buy more credits at a cheaper rate.

They will load the "fun credits" on 1 card and each activity gets deducted. You could eat up the credits real fast if you keep using the F1.  It is not unlimited

I have to teens, would you recommend buying their own on board? That way we can take advantage of the extra credit?

Gelato not included in the Easy Plus or Premium Extra according to the booking information. it specifically excludes ice cream menu, crepes and gelato.

Thanks, I read it too, that is why I was wondering if someone who had sailed recently. 4 yrs ago on the Seaside it was included.

  3. Hello!

I will be cruising very soon and I am very excited to get back to cruising.  We sailed the Seaside 4 yrs ago and had a good time. However, I have a few questions and hope you can help me answer:

1- Gelato is included on the Easy Plus package or minors package?

    2-Where are the gelato stations?

3-What are the ages for the teens club?

4-The fun pass should I buy it online or onboard?

    5-Is the zipline working?

    6-Any tips?

I don't know if this still holds true, but I suspect it does.

On the day we were  at Ocean Cay, the offerings on board ship for lunch were slim.

As we are not beach fanatics, we prefer to stay on board ship and enjoy the ship while others are ashore.

The buffet had very limited food offerings, the MDR is closed for lunch, and the gelato stand is closed.  This is because many of the crew are ashore working at the shore side facilities.

The MDR is open for dinner and has a full menu.

Where can you find gelato on the Seashore?

    Third update today:

We have now received all fully paid cruise refunds and both deposits that were overdue (by ~4-10 days).  I hope this rings true for everyone... maybe MSC really did step up to make changes and expedite refunds!  I think I will book another cruise. 😁

     ❤️

    I Will for sure!!!

  6. I cancelled 3 refundable deposits on 3/13/20 for 3 cabins sailing on 6/13/20. 3 weeks ago I received a credit for 2 of them. Been calling them every week since then for the missing refund. Different excuse all the time, they even told me it depends on the credit card company, that their processing times are different.

The deposits were paid with the same card. How can they refund 2 and 1 for them still been processing.

Yesterday I called again and the nice lady did an escalation, will keep you posted.

Delta gave me a cash refund in about 4 days.  They had moved one of my flights by more than 90 minutes.  Even though the move didnt ultimately affect my final arrivals they still had no problem giving me a refund for my flights to Rome this summer.

If airlines move your flight more than 90 mins are you allowed to cancel?  Or just Delta?
