  1. We boarded in Venice/Ravenna and then disembark in Barcelona.
  2. I am wondering what time I can expect to disembark with the Key. Also was there much of a delay clearing customs? I need to know what time to have a car pick us up at the port. Thanks
  3. I had no luck with flights by Royal for international Mediterranean cruise. Only offered economy or business class. Did much better on my own by watching airfare prices.
  4. Thanks everyone for great information.
  5. I think this is very poor customer service on Royal’s part. It is advertised on their page about Venice
  6. Thanks. What I really meant to ask was if cabs from hotel to the airport are the best option?
  7. Hi. I have searched unsuccessfully to find shore excursion recommendations to Rome. Ideally since I have been here before, I would not include the Vatican or Colosseum. If necessary to find a small group tour I would not be opposed. Greatly appreciate your suggestions.
  8. Did Royal stop sending out letters prior to the cruise about the benefits coming to cruisers who bought the key? I am leaving on Monday and it’s the first time I have never received an email
  9. I was very surprised that the cruise planner did not offer the key program for the summer Mediterranean cruises on the enchantment of the seas.
  10. Yay. Got my Royal Up from balcony on the bump out to grand suite. Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences.
  11. Hi everyone. I am now 27 days away from my cruise on Voyager of the Seas and anxiously looking to see if we have been upgraded. The ship does not look very full and there are a large number of suites in all categories available. I bid on 4 categories.
  12. Sorry if this topic has been discussed but I couldn’t find an answer. Do you tip the driver in Stockholm? Also, what about tipping taxi drivers in Riga or Helsinki? Thanks
  13. Info I found about Riga ports from cruisemapper; On July 20, 2018, the port received its ever-largest cruise liner - RCI-Royal Caribbean's Serenade of the Seas (length 293 m / 961 ft). The boat moored right into downtown, which became possible after cleaning works (riverbed sediments) conducted in the Approach Channel and the Turning Basin (near Vansu Bridge). Previously, such larger ships were moored at KS Terminal Pier (Krievu Island), where water depth and turning basin's size are proper. After cleaning the sediments, the swinging basin's diameter was extended from 380 to 400 m (1312 ft) which is the max possible in regard to the existing port infrastructure. These works (done by Rohde Nielsen AS) included over 111000 m3 of excavated soil that was used for construction works in Kudziņsala. So why can’t Voyager dock there?
