Heard back below. So my wife called crown & anchor, & changed to another email address she had.

I emailed casino royal & asked to get email offers, which we have never gotten. We used to get regular mail offers, but not since Jan, & nothing on the my offers site, except for the free annual 2020. (Told them, I dont like that site, as there's no info about the offers.) I am Masters
My sister is Prime & just got 2 different offers of free jr suite & $500 casino cash of almost any cruise in Dec thru Feb21. She gets many emails. This is their reply:

So my wife is SUPPRESSING my email offers!!!!
My wife & I share our email address, & go on all the cruises together, & she doesnt play in the casino. I replied to them, that all is up to date & am not changing our email!!!! Will see what they say.

Just heard that Las Vegas is opening this Thursday June 4. They said no buffets. no valet parking, 6 limit at crap table, 4 limit at roulette table, etc.

About ready to just give up with CR.
Try emailing casino royale to ask them to have someone (from the US) call you back, since you would like to book a casino offer.
We've been on the Majesty & its sister ships, mostly in inside cabins-very small (before playing in casino & getting offers). Built before they had balconys. Our first Royal ship was its sister ship Sovereign (when it was the biggest at that time).
Last year, we did a jr suite on the Majesty- very nice.

Just a bit ago I got a good phone connection. It was with Manilla ! She knew of the re-book option. But could not re-book as a refund has already been started ! I have spun my wheels with Royal for a week.

Are you calling this # below ? This is on the bottom of the club royale page, where it shows your offers if any.(after you put in your name & royal #). I usually get Oregon when I call.

Called today & was able to change it from Jan'21 to Ap '21- much better for our schedule. Kept same gs cabin & only had to pay $7 for the difference in the port charges.

Yes I understand. The other thing I read on the RC Casino Fans FB page was that if you had a comped cruise cancelled in the last round (June and July cruises), call them and they will give you a replacement comp cruise, which has to be a Caribbean itinerary and must be sailed by March 31, 2021.
For any of your cruises that got canceled, you should get an email, & can select from doing a future cruise with 125% off (from your cancelled cabin), or taking the full refund.

Called casino phone # yesterday(Thursday around 12 noon) & waited only 5 min!!
Was so surprised since the latest cancellations & new annual tier freebie showed up at same time on Wed. afternoon! I figured so many are calling in now.
Booked our 2020-2021 free annual with a rep from Oregon who answered.
He said it has to be taken by Mar 31' 2021.

Just got our refund from Royal, for our canceled Jun7'20 Harmony. This only took 3 weeks from the day I canceled on the online form!!!! Other cruiselines are saying up to 3 months!

The offer was not any ship. She did not have the list of ships. ?? Did say the TX is sail by Nov 22. The CH is sail by Dec 23.
I asked about my 2019 Tier offer that I had used for March 29, 2020. Of course that sailing was cancelled. Said I could redeem it any time before March 31, 2021.
Also the tier offers for 2020 would be loaded May 15.
Do I sense confusion at Casino Royale ?
Wow -must have gotten lots of cancellations for the big holidays (most expensive time of year to cruise). And they also know that the casino is quiet then, since many want to be with their families. We've gotten offers from Carnival & Royal during holidays, & have gone then. Many tables & slots were open all the time.
Didn't get the offer you got-still have none-since we already rebooked our canceled Tier one from Mar28'20.

Yesterday, we got the first 4 refunds from Royal to our Visa. Port charge refund for the Mar 22 cruise, insurance refund for same, Port charge refund for Mar28 cruise, & ins. for that one. So it is taking about 45 days, since I requested the refund for the Mar 22 right away, on Fri Mar13, with the online form.

Carnival Ultras sent invites out today to the higher rollers, & the others will be sent out on Ap. 30 Thursday. First on your offers on Carnival's website, & then as an email. If you get it, it is only for a limited amt. of cruises, in Sept'20 thru Jan'21.

The reissued 2019 annual Tier benefit is valid for sailings departing on or before 3/31/2021, but it does need to be applied to a reservation no later than 5/31/2020.
Our annual freebie (in March) for the yr Ap'19- Mar 31,20 was canceled. On our offer site it had been saying I can rebook it & exp.May31'20, but now it says exp 3/31/21.
We now have a Royal casino host, who actually called me today to rebook it (we're not sure when yet). I asked him about that expiration change. He said May31'20 was an error, & it must be used by Mar31'21, but you can book it up to the day or two before the cruise-no deadline!! (if there are still cabins left of course)

I had called Royal a couple of months ago that I didnt like their offers on that site, which dont tell you much. They told me that right away, you'll also get a flyer (in regular mail) from Royal about the same offers. We were getting those pretty often, till the virus hit.

They've done that on some of the cruises we've been on with the neurovirus.

I think Princess now has it with their medallions instead of keycards. Maybe Carnival also.

Now Carnival is cancelling thru June 26, & Princess thru June 30.
Still waiting to hear if Royal will extend their date from May11.

The CDC new order(Ap9'20) https://*****/3a1Ar9I says that cruise ships have to cease operations for up to 100 days, or the expiration of the Secretary of Health and Human Services' declaration that COVID-19 constitutes a public health emergency, or if the CDC Director rescinds or modifies the order. 😞

They should just give a 2nd year of the same, also cause many didnt want or couldnt cruise in March'20, to better their play. Easier on them, that they only need to look at new players.
Wow, they're giving us 2 years at same tier till Mar'22!! We would 've gone down to signature. Hope not too many more months of cruises are canceled.

I'm guessing they will see an average play and add those points to see if you will reach the next tier. I'm Signature and had a cruise booked the last week of March. I am short about 2,000 points to get to SIgnature again for next year. I would have easily reached the 2,000 points on the cruise that was canceled. I hope they will take that into consideration.
Yep, we had back to back on the Adventure the last 2 weeks of March. Oh well! But still had a great time on the Mar 8-15 Oasis.

After contacting royal to email my offers, they said it could take up to 8 weeks. But finally got offers on my site -the same 2 as you. Have to hurry with the holiday one-exp Jun12. We havent had any regular mailed offers since March & used to get a lot.
