Is there a place to exchange money at the port or do you have to go to a local bank? 

they should of sent the ship to Europe for the dry-dock since its doing summer sailing there instead of saving a few $$ and doing the dry-dock in freeport

Anyone know if Sandals in Nassau started offering there Day passes again. I remember they stopped selling Day passes for a while.

What time is Late seating dinning for the Seaside?

Got some thinking to do

Can’t make up my mind. Which itinerary would you guys choose. So Ihave done small and large ships before so the size does not matter. Looking ontaking a quick weekend cruise without the kids.

Both cruises are the same price.

Option 1

Majesty of the seas 4 Day cruise – Key West and Cuba

Pros- Never been to Cuba

Con- older/smaller ship

Option 2

Mariner of the seas 3 Day cruise – Coco Cay and Nassau

Pros- drydock was just complete/ ship is newer/ bigger

Con- been to Bahamas a bunch of times.

Where is the other stateroom now? Sounds like the TA messed up. I would call RCCL directly even though you booked with a TA and explain your issue. Also I though that minors can't be in a Stateroom by themselves unless its connecting.

If I have a Carnival Electronic gift card and say I use it to purchase a shore excursion and then canceled the shore excursion before my cruise date. How do they refund the gift card amount, do they just load it back to the Gift card itself or have some sort of credit in their system?

I think im going to go with the Value plan

normally the agents that work in the cruise terminal don't check and if they do just tell them you have family inside waiting for you.

Do they actually check, i know a lot of ports they don't even look.

Trying to get a better understanding with the internet plans that carnival offers. They offer 3 plans, but does any plan allow you just to surf the internet and access websites? or is everything have to be accessed under an APP ( facebook/ instagram/ skype. etc)?

Can someone explain to me how Your Time Dining work son Vista/Horizon? Sailing on the Horizon in 2 months. I notice that there is like a booth on the ship where you check in for dining. I'm use to RCCL my time dining where you can still make reservations online before you sail on the time you want to eat. Does Carnival do this? or do you just show up between the Your time dining hours and wait for a table.

Need help choosing the best rate I should go with. I haven't sailed with Carnival in a while so now I see different options to select the cruise price. Which one would you guys go for?

This is for Horizon June 13th sailing which is almost full, so I don't think price will drop much but the finial payment date is not till March 30th.

i watch them also. I feel that they fell in love with cruises and there going to end up doing more and more.

If you complete the online check in and agree to the cruise contract terms, but you end up being a "No show" on the cruise do you still get Taxes and port fees refunded?

Example 3 Guest, 1 Can't come anymore (don't want to modify room/ final payment past already)

I notice today on my sailing that the deluxe drink pack now says Buy one get one 50% . The price currently at $41 does that mean the second person is $20.5 per day? I called and they said its not, they said the $41 is already 25% per person off, so two people would = 50%.

Looks so misleading.

can anyone confirm if they ever had a cruise cancels by Royal if they gave you any type of reimbursement on third party airfare?

I've seen searching a couple days now and looks like the only way is to buy air through Air2Sea and insurance through Royal which will cost a lot more.

I am sailing on the first sailing on Adventure of the seas after drydock. If for some reason RCCL ends up canceling the cruise I know they will refund me my money but what about Airfare that I bought on my own. I normally buy trip insurance third party through insuremytrip.comm. They told me that None of their policy's cover airfare if cruise line cancels

I'm guessing the only way to cover is buying airfare through royal? or what about buying insurance through the airline itself?

What are my options.
