  2. UK doesn’t have any requirements at present. Even if you are positive, they did away with all quarantine a few months ago. No testing to enter the country, no testing requirements while in country.

  9. Thanks for the info. I have an additional question, if you don’t mind. We booked a hump balcony. Received invite to bid up so we bid on several suites. Received notice that our bid for Grand Suite- 1 bedroom- extra large balcony was accepted and they charged the credit card. My question is about perks. I purchased WiFi and two soda packages. Will we receive those as included in the suite package, or do I need to keep the soda and WiFi I purchased?
  10. We put in a few bids for upcoming Anthem of the Seas cruise, not expecting anything. Got notice this morning that they accepted our bid and we have been moved from Balcony Cabin to a Grand Suite -Large Balcony, 1 bedroom. I’m in shock. What should we expect in a Grand Suite? This is our first time on a Royal in 10 years and we always book a hump balcony. This Grand Suite is also on the hump. We are so excited but don’t know what to expect. Any info is greatly appreciated.
  11. We are presently booked in a hump balcony on Silhouette with premium drink package, WiFi, prepaid tips and $450 OBC. We received an offer to Move Up. If we bid on the Move Up offer, do we keep our drink, WiFi, tips packages and OBC? Or do we forfeit it all?

  14. I have searched the website and can’t find an answer. Has anyone here experienced testing positive for Covid a day or two before your cruise? We are flying into a Southampton and will be tested the day before boarding. What number do we call or who do we notify if we test positive and can’t board. I’m sure they wouldn’t want positive people showing up at the terminal. I’d hope there is a way to notify them without the multi hour wait on the regular phone number only to be transferred to a dozen different people. I know we will be covered under the Healthy Sail and will get a refund or FCC, but how would we get the process going? I’ve been on hold for 2 hr 32 minutes now and can’t get through to get an answer. I know this sounds kinda doomsday, but I like to be prepared.
  15. We disembark in Southampton. The ship is supposed to dock at 5:30 am. What time do we have to be out of our cabin? I don’t mean what time do we disembark, but what time do we need to be out of the cabin to the holding area? I’m trying to figure out if we have time to do our video Covid tests on laptops before leaving the cabin, without having to be up at the crack of dawn.

Not what time will we be off the ship, but actually out of the cabin to the waiting area. I’m trying to figure out if we will have time to take our monitored Covid tests on our laptops in our cabin before we are required to leave the cabin.

  20. Thanks for the quick response. Mine is the second one. I followed it and it shows each night, but there is no option to modify or cancel. Weird.
  21. We have Anytime dining and have set reservations each evening for our family. We want to do a couple of afternoon tours and would like to change the times on the reservations for those evenings. Can someone guide me as to how to change them online? When I go into our Manage Cruise it shows the dinners reserved but I can’t find anywhere to either cancel and rebook or to just change time. Ideas? Thank you .
  22. Will someone please assist me by explaining how to join the Meet and Mingle for my cruise. I used to go to the top and push the Meet & Mingle button. But all I get is a message saying Meet & Mingle has been paused indefinitely. Is it no longer available?
