Canceled three seperate reservations on 11/18 and so far seen none refunded including the one they double charged me for with their system issues.

Same. Probably not until next week unfortunately. They've conveniently slowed down their refunds it seems.

Finally got into the planner and now I have three pending internet purchases on my credit card but none actually went through on the website. Says to call them. Yeah no thanks.

We used to always buy the drink package until we hit diamond. Since hitting diamond, we haven't. With the package we would average 10ish drinks a day. Port days was more of a challenge. My wife and I are both prime in the casino at this point so between those free drinks when the casino is open and the diamond drinks, we haven't purchased the package. Even without the casino drinks, the four free in Port days made it hard to "break even". After the 4 free, you'd be needing likely 13ish drinks per day to "break even" if buying beer and factoring in the first four were already free, or likely 11 if you get mixed drinks. Sea days? Sure. Port days? Tough.

That's what I thought. It felt like at minimum they should have been a higher category balcony. From what I could tell in the aft pictures, the center ones appear to be deepest and the corner ones don't look truly corner because it didn't look like the balcony wrapped around unless I was seeing it right.

Category is a D4 and for two people

Called four different times today. First guy, 5% off, 2nd lady said nothing, not even 5%, 3rd guy was 5% but site was down. 4th lady was $560 off. Booked it. Lol.

I was able to get one of the aft facing balconies for February! From what I can tell, only deck 14 has aft facing, non suite balconies?

Yep and every other category is guarantee as the room type. Was in the middle of booking a cabin and kicked me out and said guarantee only.

Royal must be doing something with the bookings because I was in the middle of booking a balcony for March of 2024 and it randomly kicked me out and now for every category type, it only allows a guarantee as a room type. Tried on multiple different dates and stateroom types. Annoying.

Has anyone booked on icon through club royale yet? Best I could get was 5% off base fare, so wasn't sure if anyone got anything better by talking to a different customer service agent or if that's truly the best available

We've rented a jeep in Aruba before and did our own exploring. Super easy island to do it on and really impossible to get lost. Found some gorgeous local beaches. We're doing a car rental in Curaçao this upcoming January to explore on our own.

So last cruise, I would transfer $1,000 to the slot. Are you saying had I only played say $100 or $200 of it and decided to move machines, my account would have been frozen since I didn't play 50% of it on that machine? Granted I never ran into the issue since I lost every time I transferred $1k but still.

I was surprised by the price increase. Don't think I can justify the cost for what you get at $1500

$1500 seems okayish for the gorgeous over water ones at Coco Cay with access to the beach club and amazing food, but these ones, struggling to justify since it's mostly just the area with no extra benefits

I posted this on the private island board but figured I'd try here too with more traffic and royal caribbean specific. Trying to figure out if we want to book a cabana in Labadee. The cruise is in January. We have the ability to book a barefoot beach overwater cabana through the planner, but I'm confused why since we aren't in a suite and i thought that was designated for suites and pinnacles?? Also, I can't figure out the difference in location for overwater cabana and "waterfront cabanas" at Nellie's Beach?? Price difference is $300 cheaper than the overwater at barefoot or Nellie's. The overwater cabanas at Barefoot and Nellie's are both $1,499, and water front cabana at Nellie's is $1,199.

There's also hilltop cabanas listed at barefoot and those are even cheaper, but no idea where those ones are either.

On Ovation two weeks ago, any water or beer we put in our fridge was frozen solid by morning lol. We ended up starting to leave the fridge door slightly ajar to try and keep it from freezing everything solid.
