  1. Are you talking about 4, 22inch suit cases, which are carry on size. Or are you talking about 4, 29 inch suit cases that must be checked on an airplane. If your talking about the bigger cases, they won't even fit in the trunk of a Lincoln Town Car, unless someone wants to carry one of them in their lap. Forget about the Fusion, even if you have the 4 smaller bags. My wife has a Venza, which is Toyota's equivalent of a Lexus RX350, and the 4 larger bags barely, and I mean barely, fit in there. The only option you'll have with just about any car is to use a bungee cord and tie the trunk down. Even if you have the 4smaller bags you will most likely have to place one in the back seat between the rear seat passengers. Your better off having to much room, than not enough. Even some of the suv's rental car companies have are not full size.

  2. Logical fallacy. While all Chicago style dogs are hot dogs, not all hot dogs are Chicago style.

Very true. I'll agree other cities have their own ideas of a good dog, I just don't think you will find any of them on the Allure

  3. FIBs!

Chicagoans wamt to ruin nearly every dish. They insist upon putting a small salad and that disgusting neon green relish on hot dogs. And they take the "pie" part of pizza pie too seriously. (but of course, Cubs fans seem to feel that St. Louis is their arch rival but then support the Cardinals by swilling Bud beer).

Melt some decent cheese on a really great dog, put it on a good quality bun and you won't need any condiments to hide it.

Or maybe do a play on the Tur-duk-en! A hot dog, a brat, a polish, an italian and a chirizo. Again, no need to disguise any of that!

My daughter puts cheese and ketchup on her hotdogs, it make me cringe whenever I see her do it

  4. Staying on the ship and not getting off will not do any good, unless they tent the ship and fumigate it. You have a much better chance of getting Noro on a cruise than being bitten by a mosquito in St Martin, let alone, by one that has the virus. I don't see many people canceling their cruise because of Noro. Noro is probably just as bad to get for those individuals with your list of increased health risks. Use bug spray if your really worried about it.

  5. I've never had a true hot dog on any RCI ship, even the Boardwalk Dog House on the Allure doesn't serve true hot dogs. They are better than what the Windjammer has, but nothing close to a true Chicago style dog.

  6. Seaofwonder,

You beat me to it, I was going to offer my criticism about people offering their opinion without providing answers. The only info I could find on Royal's website was about hooking it up to virtual balconies, which if anyone cares, you can't do. Maybe you could email guest services or the concierge on Navigator. Maybe someone on this forum would have that email address, unfortunately I don't.

  7. What cruise line? Royal has luggage valet service from certain ships and certain airlines. You won't see your luggage until you arrive at your destination airport. You can rent a car near the port and drop it off at the Orlando airport. The rental car places open 8 AM.

  8. My last 4 cruises I have taped a luggage tag to a 12 pack of coke and given it to the porters at the pier. I'm not trying to sneak anything onboard. I assume the porters know what is allowed and what is not. In every case the 12 pack has been delivered to my cabin. The worst that can happen is that I'm out the price of a 12 pack of soda.

  9. There are 2 one dollar tolls between the Orlando airport and Port Canaveral. You need to depart on the north side of the Orlando airport and exit onto 528 east, this takes you right to the cruise port, it's about a 45 min drive. You can use cash or exact change if you don't have a sunpass. If you take the south exit out of the Orlando airport you will be on 417, you can still get to the cruise port this way, but there are a lot more tolls. Just make sure you depart on the north side of the airport onto 528 east.

  10. We cruised with another family over New Years, they did the stingray swim. They said it was very enjoyable. The boat ride was about 10 to 15 minutes and they spent about an hour with the stingrays. I've done the one in grand cayman, that's very nice also
