On one of our sailings in the app it says room service is free for Suite and Zenith Captains Club status (Connie) and on Apex it just says 9.95 charge. Same with Edge. is it free for Zenith or just free by ship to ship?

I didn't realize it wouldn't include Day 1. Why would that be? As Elite Plus we have always sent out on the first day and were never charged. Seems strange just for Day 1. 2nd to last day is understandable.

I know this was asked before but I can't find the post. Zenith gets unlimited laundry but it is not clear if dry cleaning or pressing is included with that. Anyone have recent experience and know? Do we have to do anything special to have the Premium Drink package added to our Sail Only Rate or does it auto happen?

My mistake all. Thanks for correcting. It used to be 2 bottles per room and I'm old school and didn't realize it changed. Thanks for keeping us on our toes!

Technically you are supposed to have 2 bottles per room. But if you spread yourself out and carry them through the security they have not stopped us from having 2 each. No fees to bring things back but they may hold it until the last day of the cruise

Did not think to call the Captain's Club. That worked and they stated all of this. Taxes were removed and the rest of the price fair didn't change for myself, which made it an expensive trip but our fault for not planning in the grandbaby when we booked 🙂 That is what they said. Thanks all!

Wife and I were scheduled to depart on Sunday March 19th, on Reflection. My daughter had her 4th grandbaby a month early so wife decided to cancel so now I'm a single traveler. Will I get double CC Points even though we only canceled her name on the reservation a week before? Celebrity reps are giving mixed statements and our big-box store rep has no clue. It seems by verbage on Celebrity site that traveling alone earns double points. Doesn't say when the other party was canceled. Statement also only has my name on the reservation now. Thanks!

Yes 🙂 Well.. the next next one. We are on a B2B this coming sunday on Reflection. The first nets us 35 points and the 2nd will net us 84.

Same with me. Not sure why or how to sign up again. Well... I did sign up again but who knows if it holds. I do get Share your thoughts emails after a cruise so that works but no more marketing.
