Zenith and Room Sevice

On one of our sailings in the app it says room service is free for Suite and Zenith Captains Club status (Connie) and on Apex it just says 9.95 charge. Same with Edge. 
 

is it free for Zenith or just free by ship to ship?

Supposed to be free on all ships for Zenith members and Suite guests. Especially now with Zeniths back in Retreat Lounge, it should be consistent between all ships.

I just looked at Edge for our sailing next week.   It doesn't even say Suites are free.

Give Zenith desk a call,  I'm sure they can advise.    I called earlier this week and they picked up on the first ring.

I'd recommend sending a DM to X/Celebrity via X/Twitter as they will actually reach out to your ship.  Occasionally a ship will go rogue and implement a passenger un-friendly change; a recent (several months ago) example was the F&B manager of the Eclipse not allowing free coffees from Cafe Al Bacio to Elite Plus and above on the day of embarkation
