  1. So if the ground wire in an outlet is connected back to the neutral point on the generator(s), does the hull also bond to the generators at that point or are they kept floating completely?

Seems like there could be a pretty bad difference in potential between the safety ground and the ships hull that could cause problems if the entire electrical system including generators were to float.

  2. The purchases from the funshops do not show up because they advertise it as in room gifts, and they don't want to spoil friends and families surprise when they buy you something.

It makes sense, and we've never had any issues with something ordered not being delivered. I've stopped printing off proof.

  3. Probably about the same. We breathe a bit of a sigh of relief when we get to I-20.

The first time we drove that route we did not know what to expect, and the 4 lane highway above lake village was not complete. Once they completed that it probably knocked an hour off the drive.

You can see that we cruise out of NOLA regularly, and we've already been down there twice this year without going on a cruise.

  4.

    Hey, Sky...

C'mon down to BCT some time with the 337, and let's go flying! :D My 210 is still stuck in NJ with my partner.

Still a student, working on my cross country hours right now, but can I fly with you too?

  5. It will just show up in your account. There's no real delivery, except a note that will be on the counter.

It may not be in your account the first day, so I would check the morning of the second day and see if it shows up or not.

  6. I think it is pretty telling that they are dead-heading ships between ports now. The Magic departed galveston and headed straight for canaveral, and I think the Breeze is heading direct from miami to galveston.

That's kind of interesting considering all of the repos in the last couple of years have been journey's cruises.

  7. We've usually been able to find a spot by getting there just after they open. Once we did have to park on the roof and pretty close to the south end, but we were still in a spot.

If you get there before all the previous sailing passengers leave, then you can usually follow a family out of the elevator to their spot and wait patiently.
