The same thing happened to me...... On the Sunshine I got the premium bon voyage package, $500 cash at the cage, drinks on us card, bottle of wine at dinner, free steakhouse and ji ji asian kitchen. Then on my 2 day CTN outa NYC I get $100 cash and drinks card right away to be told I get nothing on my upcoming cruise next week. Spent the entire CTN in the casino...... makes no sense

I love craps!!!! Hopefully they will still be on when I get to the miracle. One thing I have noticed on carnival is the casino staff is so friendly I always have a smile even when i lose

So I just got back from my third Carnival cruise on the victory and I made a promise to let everyone know how good the ocean player club really is. We said some forums before going on the Victory so we gave them a call up. On the victory we received $300 cash from the casino cage, a drinks on us card so we got free drinks the entire cruise in the casino :), wine cheese and fruit basket, bottle of wine at dinner one night, chocolate covered strawberry's three nights in the room.

We got back after an amazing cruise and I called them back once again. We are cruising again on the miracle, same perks as mentioned above, and they also helped us save $500 on our suite on the Miracle after we had already booked! These guys are incredible!
